Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I’ve been working on “Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell” and that will be every Sunday at 12:15am on Adult Swim. Then, I’m on the show “Heroes Reborn,” which will come out September 24th at 8pm on NBC and I’m excited for that!

Q) Where we pick up with Season Two of “Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell?”

A) At the end of Season One I had escaped from hell on a technicality. The second season begins with Satan realizing I’m gone and bringing me back. From there, I’m in hell and I’m stuck there. There is a lot of ridiculous adventures that happen. This season is definitely bigger and crazier than last season. There are huge puppets and we have great guest stars. It’s darker and funnier. I think people are going to flip out with what we’ve put onto their screens!

Q) What are the consequences for Gary’s escape?

A) There are always consequences! Gary has been destroyed a million different ways. Satan (Matt Servitto) has destroyed me so much to the point that it is almost boring. I’ve been torn apart by hooks. I’ve been ripped apart by packs of dogs. A bunch of serial killers are already in hell so there is probably a tendency to watch them do stuff to me. He has ripped my penis off. He has done a lot of things. I’m in hell so I’m always suffering from consequences. It never ends! The question is as to what Gary did to get into hell and as far as I’m concerned, it was just a mix-up of paperwork. I think he just got screwed!

Q) How has Gary found ways of coping with his time in hell?

A) It’s lifelong. It’s forever! So, Gary has to find ways to adjust, have fun and find a friend. Eventually, it’s just like anybody because the human mind is so adaptable that you can make anything livable. So, now he’s living in hell and is kind of like fine with it because he has Claude (Craig Rowin), who is kind of his friend even though he technically hates Gary. Then, he has Satan who is kind of like a dad to him even though his dad rips his penis off, which is not very nice! You make do though with what you have.

Q) Have you suggested any forms of torture for Gary?

A) They have come up with these things and I’ve realized I’m at the center of their weird fantasies of what they want to happen to me. I think that they imagine killing me, Henry, and they just put it in the script. They look at me and think, “What’s a fun way to kill Henry,” and then they throw it in there.

Q) Who are some of the guest stars you can share will a part of Season Two?

A) Jack McBrayer guest stars and he is great in it. Last year we had Geneva Carr, who is now nominated for a Tony. Eyse Dufour who is a new up and coming girl who is really great and I think she will do great on the show. A friend of mine, Jim Santangeli who is a great actor from New York will appear. Tommy Slocum is another great actor from New York and doing great on the show. They gave a lot of chances to a lot of really good local New York and LA improv comedians. It’s pretty great!

Q) What are some new tricks Gary learns in his attempts at fun?

A) Gary gets to celebrate his first Christmas in Hell. Gary also discovers how to pop on people’s shoulders. Gary gets to take a look at what heaven looks like and he gets to see some women in hell! He also gets to take place in a witch orgy. He’s doing fine, except for constantly being destroyed.

Q) You are a part of social media. Do you enjoy the instant feedback you receive from fans?

A) I love talking to fans online. I think it is really cool and I like it when they are not viciously mean. That’s the best part. When they are friendly and fun, it’s awesome. When they are mean, it sucks. They talk directly to you so they can say whatever they want. I’m getting a lot less butt shots than I thought I would, which is making me sad. What can you do?

Q) What is it about “Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell” that makes it such a guilty pleasure show?

A) We’re just a great show. It’s just a solid show. I think people will be into it. I think the second season is better than the first season. It’s just incredibly solid and we do our jobs. And it looks awesome so people are, of course, way into it!

Q) Is there anything else you want to be sure to share with fans?

A) I can’t talk much about “Heroes Reborn,” but I think it will be really exciting. It’s like a live action movie each week and it’s a more muscular version of the first series. “Your Pretty Face” this season is straight up funnier! I loved the first season, but the second season is funnier and faster. We now know what we’re doing. The first season we were figuring each other out and the second season we are just blowing it out of the park. I’m so excited for people to see it because we worked so hard on it! I think we’re going to surprise some people.
