Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?
A) Earlier this year I worked on “Wet Hot American Summer” for Netflix. I also just got back from working on “Preacher “for AMC with Seth Rogen in New Mexico. There’s another really cool show I just worked on a couple days ago, but I can’t talk about it yet.
Q) Please tell us the premise for “Wet Hot American Summer” and about your character Drew.
A) It’s the prequel to the original movie and it takes place on the first day of camp. They have the whole original cast back like Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler, Elizabeth Banks and Molly Shannon. My character Drew is a new camper and he’s real trouble maker, but he’s also a ladies man. Drew was probably one of the most different roles that I’ve played so far. I tried to bring a little of myself into him. I’m interested to know what everyone thinks of him after they see it.

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?
 A) I was so excited when I auditioned because the script they sent me was so funny. We watched the original movie and I already knew that most of the original cast was coming back to film to film so that made me want it even more.
Q) You got to work with a number of incredible actors on the show. What advice did you learn from your costars?
A) I enjoyed watching them work in between my scenes. They were all so comfortable and confident in their roles, with their wigs and 80’s wardrobe.
Q) What were some of your most memorable moments from filming “Wet Hot American Summer?”
A) My favorite scenes were with Paul Rudd because he’s one of my favorite actors. Molly Shannon is sooo nice. The whole cast and crew was really welcoming and where we filmed was so amazing. It was probably the best projects I’ve worked on so far.

Q) What have you taken away from your time working on the show?
A) Friends. I loved working with such a big cast of kids…It felt like being at camp with all your best friends. We still all play Xbox together almost every night.
Q) You are a part of social media. Are you looking forward to the instant fan feedback you will be receiving?
A) I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks of it. I was on set for a month watching all the scenes and they were all really funny in person. I can’t wait to see the finished series. Please everyone tweet me what you think about “WHAS!”
Q) Is there anything you would like to be sure fans know about “WHAS?”
A) Remember this is set in the 80s, which means my wardrobe is very 80’s…and my shorts are super short.
