Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I’ve mostly been working on “Gamer’s Guide,” but I actually recently worked on a new movie called Mostly Ghostly 3: One Night in Doom House. It was a ton of fun to work on and I can’t wait for everyone to see it!

Q) Please tell us the premise for “Gamer’s Guide to Pretty Much Everything” and about your character Ashley Parker.

A) “Gamer’s Guide” follows Conor, Franklin, Wendell and Ashley. They are four gaming teenagers who form a professional gaming team. They get into tons of crazy adventures in high school and with their video games. It’s a lot of fun. Ashley is this really fun, sweet girl with a big personality. She is an incredible video gamer and a really loyal friend. Ashley definitely has this feisty spirit that I love about her. She never backs down from a challenge and isn’t afraid to stand up for herself and her friends.

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?

A) I remember when I got the script I was really excited about it. Going into the auditions, I remember loving the script and loving Ashley. I could really relate to her in a lot of ways and love playing her.

Q) Was there anything you added to your role that wasn’t originally scripted for you?

A) I wouldn’t necessarily say I added anything specifically, but I’ve loved being able to develop Ashley as the season has gone on. I see ore of me in her all of the time and that’s a really cool thing.

Q) The show has a great young cast, including costar Cameron Boyce. What is it like working together?

A) The cast is amazing! I honestly have had the best time working with all of them. We work really hard, but still manage to have a lot of fun. All of the boys have become like family to me and I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world.

Q) What have been some of your most memorable moments from filming the show?

A) The first day on set was definitely the most memorable. There was so much excitement in the air and we could definitely tell we were a part of something great.

Q) You are a part of social media. Do you enjoy the instant fan feedback you receive to the episodes?

A) The feedback from the show has been amazing and getting to see the instant reaction over social media is so cool. We’ve done some live tweeting events during a couple episodes and I love getting to interact with the fans and see what they think of the show. It’s a really special thing we get to do.

Q) What do you think it is about “Gamer’s Guide” that makes it a great fit for Disney XD?

A) Video games are so popular now so having a show about that is a really cool thing and something new and different that a lot of people can relate to. The show has this fantasy element where the video games come to life and the same skills used to succeed in video games are used to solve life’s everyday problems, which is great for kids to see! “Gamer’s Guide” is also a lot about team building, working together and just our funny high school antics. I think it’s so fun and good for the whole family because there is something for everyone.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of your work?

A) Thank you! Honestly, I could not do what I do without my incredible fans and supporters. They are amazing and I really do love them so much.
