Private Security Camp Basra Province, 2014

Broussard (Tory Kittles) and one of his team members are discussing the incident they were involved in. He suggests to allege they shot on self-defense, but Broussard it´s not so convinced by it. Later that day, he is practically coerced by Collins (Casey E. Lewis) to sign up his resignation and just go home.

Back to the present day, Nolan (Adrian Pasdar) and Proxy Alcala (Tony Plana) are discussing about what happened in the Los Angeles green zone where a lot of people were killed. Proxy Alcala scolds Nolan for not getting rid of his girlfriend causing more problems for them. Nolan reassures him saying he is already planning on that. Still, the real problem for them is Helena as he believes she is just waiting to strike. However, Nolan says he has a plan that may help them to not allow Helena get what she wants.

Snyder (Peter Jacobson) pays a visit to Bennet (Christian Clemenson) and asks for information about Nolan Burgess, which makes the man confess that some time ago there was a file downloaded from Nolan´s computer and passed onto The Resistance via his girlfriend. That´s when Snyder realizes that the file might have been in Katie´s (Sarah Wayne Callies) hands and demands to know more about the contents on the same. In the meantime, Maddie (Amanda Righetti) is waving her goodbyes to her son Hudson (Cooper J. Friedman) who is been taken to a safer place according to Nolan. All of this is happening while they must clean the bloc from what just happened. Maddie breaks into tears as she sees her son go from her, but is immediately comforted by Nolan.

Noa (Meta Golding) explains Broussard, Katie and Will (Josh Holloway) that they need to get the gauntlet and she is not leaving the bloc without it. They are looking for a way to get in touch with the “Red Hands” leader and that’s when Katie and Will say they may have a way to do it.

The couple talk to Bram (Alex Neustaedter) and ask for his help but the boy lies to them saying he was given a location once but it was a onetime thing as they keep always moving. Katie assures him that if he wants to be a part of what they are doing, then he must cooperate with them. Bram gives them some instructions on where to go and who to go to. Broussard and Will walk to the bouncer (Terrence Edwards) of a club and ask for Karen making the man to turn defensive all of a sudden. But he is immediately knocked out by Will. A while later, the bouncer wakes up surrounded by Broussard and Will that congratulate him on their attack to one of the green zones and offer him a chance to get to the next level and break into the bureau. They ask him to inform his leader about their offer in exchange of a meeting.

Nolan and Maddie arrive to their mansion and he begins to kiss her. Although Maddie is not in the mood for anything, she ends up giving in to his suggestions. Later on, Maddie asks Nolan about their safety and what is next to come, but Nolan assures her that everything depends on their decisions. He lets her know that even though some the decisions they make, may seem selfish is all on their own good. He kisses her goodbye and leaves. Outside, there´s a whole team waiting for his approval to go inside. He nods and the team enters the place searching for Maddie who is making the bed. They apprehend her and take her with them while the girl is kicking and screaming.

Snyder visits Helena (Ally Walker) and presents her a way to bribe Nolan into spilling some details on Alcala that may help them to remove him from his position. When he is about to leave the office, he asks for the confirmation that is on the file that was stolen from Nolan´s about the population been reduced in the couple of coming years. Although Helena does not confirms said information, she implies it actually is true, leaving very surprised Snyder standing there.

Broussard and Katie meet Karen (Laura Innes) in an isolated place. They explain to her that her team has stolen something that belongs to them and wants it back since it may be of great use to make a real difference but Karen simply refuses to give it to them. She believes they are corrupted and maybe the gauntlet may be also helpful for them. Karen´s people begin to surround the place as Will informs them. Broussard demands Karen to ask them to retreat or they may all die in there. She ends up leaving with all of her team behind. Broussard has come up with a simple conclusion: Karen is a plague, they need to get the gauntlet back and wipe them all out.

Snyder visits Nolan and interrogates them about the file that was stolen from his office but he doesn’t give much, just assures Alan that he has made a few wrong choices but now that´s all fixed. On the other hand, Morgan (Bethany Joy Lenz) has been tracking Karen and they finally have figured out the place where they have been hiding. Morgan assures them that a lot of people keep coming in and out of that place. Snyder goes back to Bennett and asks him about Maddie´s whereabouts. Fortunately, the woman has been held in one of the interrogation rooms so Snyder asks to let him see her. He enters the room and request the officer in there to unbind Maddie and assures her he is there to help her. The proposal is set on the table, she gives him as many information as he has on Nolan and he keeps her from going to The Factory and ensures the safety of her son to what Maddie agrees. There´s one more question bothering Maddie’s mind so she takes the chance and questions Snyder about the greatest day and the promises they have made to what the man finally confesses that is all a lie.

Noa, Broussard, Will, Morgan and Katie decide to go after the gauntlet. They have a drone that is helping that has given them access to the place and now they can see how everything works on the inside. Katie goes to Bram and tells her the mission they are on. In case they don’t come back, he has to take care of his brother and sister and go to Maddie´s and ask for her help. The team go to the theater where the “Red Hands” have been hiding and the show begins. Among gunshots and screams, Katie, Noa and Morgan manage to reach for the gauntlet ending up with a dead Noa and Karen. They all reunite outside, except for Broussard that had asked Will to keep going while he covers for him.

Broussard attempts to escape but suddenly finds himself cornered and out of ammunitions. He takes the track out of his backpack and immediately, two drones arrive at the place killing everyone behind him. Then he comes out of the place he was hiding at and finds himself with two drones pointing at him.

Nolan arrives at his house and finds Snyder in there with a new offer in hand. Nolan tells him that he already made his decision, but quickly changes his mind when Snyder confesses him that he has spoken to Maddie and she told him that Nolan had something to do with the file stolen from his office. Obviously, Nolan denies it all but Snyder says that from the IGA point of view it won’t be so pleasant and he might not be trusted. So, he offers to give anything he knows on Alcala. He gets removed from his position and Helena promotes him to new Proxy of the bloc to which the man finally gives in.

Snyder shows up at the Westlake Theater where the killing spree had taken place. They found out that Broussard had something to do with it but they don’t know what he gets from it. Helena visits Alcala and tells him that she has enough information to remove him from his position. So, here´s the new agreement: he will remain as Proxy but only by name. Only people she trusts will be on charge.

While he is making what it seems to be a very important call, a loud bang at his door can be heard. He opens it and is pointed with a gun, a team enters his house and he is apprehended. A few minutes later, Maddie enters the room and is given nine minutes to collect as much as she needs from the house.

Katie, Morgan and Will are trying to figure out a way out of the bloc. Now that Noa is dead, they have no idea on what´s coming next for them. There´s a knock at their door and when they open it, a very dumbfounded Broussard is found standing in there. He reveals what he did and how the drones just spared his life. Will tells him the same happened to him when he was climbing the wall back from Santa Monica and Katie thinks that it may have something to do with the file that Broussard saw in the Blackjack´s car.

Helena and Snyder are sitting outside her house and see how a ship is sent of the earth. Then Snyder decides to make a toast: “To Nolan, who shot for the moon and finally got it.” They are interrupted by a call from the Chief Council. Helena takes the call in her office and is advised of the bad news – the Los Angeles bloc has been scheduled for total annihilation. She comes back to Snyder and when he asks her if there´s something wrong and she assures her is just the usual politics.
