Here is my interview with the lovely and talented Krystal Corliss:

Can you tell us a little about your company...its specialty& key pieces?

I started TCC as a fun, cheeky brand that could appeal to various audiences. Thus far I have men and women world wide representing my brand. TCC has expanded into a brand that also raises awareness to more socially conscience issues. I just started the More Love, Less Hate campaign. MLLH was created to promote more love in the world. There is far too much bullying and not enough people coming together to help and love each other. Equality is an issue near and dear to my heart. And I hope that with this campaign I can help the world change, even a little.

What made you start Tasteless Candy Clothing and prompted your interest in the fashion industry?

I created Tasteless Candy Clothing Co. almost 9 years ago. It was winter and my friends were having a hard time finding tank tops. In New England, mid-winter you can't usually find that kind of apparel anywhere. So, I took it upon myself to make them. I've always been interested in fashion. In high school I basically lived in the art room, and I was accepted to three art based colleges. I love art & fashion. Anything creative appeals to me.

What is your favorite piece from your line and your favorite celebrity client that you've had?

My favorite piece that I have right now would be the, More Love Less Hate t-shirt. Even though it's a simple t-shirt, it has a lot of meaning and is very profound.
As for my favorite celebrity client, there are a few that I owe a big thanks to. Aubry Fisher (LA INK) has worn my line numerous times while filming LA INK. Also, Tamra Barney from The Real Housewives of Orange County has sported TCC on her show regularly.
But as for a favorite, I don't necessarily have one. I appreciate everyone who supports TCC.

What is the best advice you've received and your best advice to someone who works in the fashion/clothing industry?

The best advice I have ever received being in this industry would have to be to, keep doing what I love and don't look back. If I cared about what everyone thought about my line, it wouldn't have become the success it is today. And I only plan on making it more of a success.
The best advice I could give is to be the change. Don't let the norm keep you from being creative. Everyone is an individual with their own thoughts. Be creative with them, and show the world something new.

What is your life motto?

My life motto would have to be, More Love Less Hate. I am a firm believer that love conquers all. If there was a little more love in this world, we wouldn't have as many issues as we do. I just want everyone happy.

What new pieces can we expect coming up for the company and any special events/promotions that you would like to share?

I have a lot of winter items coming out very soon. Hooded sweatshirts, pants, jackets etc. I'm very excited about all of them. I'm like a kid at Christmas when I release a new item. As far as events & promotions; there are quite a few. With the More Love, Less Hate Campaign going on I will be speaking at colleges, making appearances at gay clubs across the country etc. This past summer I had the opportunity to film with a big network for a show about mainstreaming Tasteless Candy Clothing Co. So we will see what happens with that! Keep your eyes open!
