On this episode of Trading Spouses it is the fathers turns to switch places! Jay Cooke is from Greenville, Georgia and lives on a farm with his wife, Brandi and sons Hudson, 9, Cole, 5. They own an assortment of chickens, rabbits, roosters, dogs, horses and various other four-legged creatures.  He has never even stepped a foot outside of the state of Georgia! When Brandi married Jay she thought she was upgrading from the trailer home she grew up in, but is now having doubts because she thinks their house is a wreck; however, Brandi loves Jay because he'd give anybody the shirt off his back and he always lets her have her way.

Justin Levine owns the biggest law firm on the block and lives in the biggest apartment on the block. He even is lucky enough to vacation in the biggest beach house on the block. Justin shares his life with his wife Beverly, his son Pierce, 13 and his daughter Molly, 7. His wife is a micromanaging mom and a compulsive organization. She freaks if there is anything out of place and even Pierce thinks she's scary. He thinks his "new dad" is in for a real treat.

Jay gets on a plane for the very first time and heads to New York. Stepping off the plan he is immediately shell-shocked by the traffic and the wild drivers. He also doesn't completely understand why there is valet parking at their apartment building. Justin heads up to the 27th floor of the high-rise where his new "wife" asks Jay what he'd like to do: rest, swim, walk or sauna?

In the midst of Jay's bewilderment, Justin is heading down a dirt road on the way to the Cooke farm where he is greeted by a gaggle of squawking turkeys.  It appears Justin has never even seen a turkey that wasn't stuffed with cornbread for Thanksgiving.

That evening, the Levine family decides it's time to take Jay out to his first upscale restaurant - Tavern on the Green. Jay doesn't even know how to tie a tie and, unfortunately, neither does Pierce.  The men head downstairs to see if their doorman can be of assistance to them.  Jay doesn't want to appear stupid in the eyes of the Levines since he is country.  Jay is in awe of his surroundings at such a fancy restaurant, but Beverly assures him it's nothing special.

Down in the South, the Cooke's treat Justin to a typical Greenville meal. They head to a rundown shack that serves up authentic Southern fare where they feast on deep fried catfish.

Now back home from Tavern on the Green, Molly lets Jay pull out her loose tooth. Beverly has been working hard to try and bribe her daughter with new shoes and offers to squeeze her $400 Manolo Blahniks while she is pulling out the tooth, but Molly isn't biting. Apparently, Molly seems to trusts Jay and lets him remove the tooth. When it is time for bed Jay has trouble sleeping with all the sirens screaming by and misses the sounds of crickets.

Justin appears to be having sleeping troubles, as well, since he is awakened by the sound of the rooster crowing.  He feels like he's camping due to the vast amount of extra space out on the farm and is craving the sounds of the big city.

The next day, Pierce decides to practice his Bar Mitzvah speech in front of Jay.  The speech appears to be going well until Beverly speaks up and starts critiquing everything from his posture to his enunciation.  To Jay's ears, he thought it sounded just fine, but then again he had just found out what is a bar mitzvah a few minutes ago.

The Levines decide it is time for a family escape and leave the big city for a day at their beach house.  On the way there, Beverly casually tells Jay that the home could be worth as much as $3.5 million dollars since it is the biggest house on the block. The home has recently gone under revision and Beverly is expecting the house to be freshly painted and in pristine condition. Just as Pierce had forewarned, she freaks out when she discovers it's not. To help ease Beverly's tension, Jay takes her out for an afternoon of fishing to see if he can teach her how to slow down. Sadly, Beverly manages to turn the fishing expedition into an extreme sport by constantly moving their location from one section of the lake to the next in a desperate pursuit of the elusive fish.

Meanwhile, back at the Cooke farm, the family heads out to Calloway Gardens to take a dip in the public pond.  The boys are constantly fighting and Justin is quite grateful that neither of them has drowned… yet. Later that day, Justin and Brandi head to the hardware store to get materials in order to fix the chicken coop. When the boys pick up tools and threaten to beat each other with them, Justin has finally had enough!

Back at the beach in the penthouse, Beverly throws a get together for 15 family members so that Pierce can recite his Bar Mitzvah speech.  It is clear that he is nervous, but he can tell that Jay is rooting him on.  Much to everyone's surprise, Beverly is actually satisfied with the outcome of Pierce's performance!

Justin is now realizing that the $50,000 will have monumental consequences for the Cooke family.  He takes his responsibility seriously and heads to the local courthouse to research recent real estate transactions.

Upon learning that tonight is Justin's last night with them, the kids run through the house creaming, "Mommy, he's leaving tomorrow.  Yeah!!!"

At the Levines, they decide to order dinner in.  Pierce is sweet and creatively raps a goodbye poem that he wrote for Jay.  It is clear that is going to be hard saying goodbye for both of the children.  Pierce tells Jay that he has never had anyone really listen to him before and greatly appreciates the time they spent together.

When Justin and Jay return to their normal lives, it is now time to hear what the each man has left for the other's family. Justin has allocated $7,200 for one year of schooling for the boys, $2,800 to pay off debt, $25,000 to buy their house and $15,000 to remodel their house.

Brandi says it's pretty much what she would've done, but says that she would've leveled their house and started from scratch.

Jay decides that the Levine family will spend $10,000 on a personal trainer to bring the family together, $10,000 for Justin and Beverly to go to cooking school to bring husband and wife together and $30,000 for the Beach House to bring the whole family together.

Justin says they've got huge bills and now they're heading off to the culinary institute and Beverly threatens to call a lawyer.  Doesn't she remember that she is married to one?
