Dave Annable – Brothers & Sisters

Q) What are the current projects that you are working on?

A) With the full season order of “Brothers & Sisters,” I think I will be tied up until May.

Q) Please tell us the premise for show “Brothers & Sisters” and about your character Justin Walker.

A) “Brothers & Sisters” is about the drama that surrounds a family’s adult siblings. Justin Walker is a combat vet that is struggling to fit back into society and his family.

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?

A) I would have to say that it was the idea of working with Ken Olin and Jon Robin Baitz, the high pedigree of their combined work and the writing of the show.

Q) What is it like working with amazing actresses Calista Flockhart, Rachel Griffths and Sally Field?

A) It’s cool, I love getting their coffee every morning. No, seriously, as an actor it’s the most incredible experience to be able to work with these ladies on a daily basis.

Q) How do you relate to your character?

A) I come from a big family with ups and downs so that is easy, but on substance abuse and war I have to do research and meet with Vets.

Q) What is your most memorable moment from filming the show?

A) Very early on during the pilot, I had a little too much garlic in my omelet and the actors were quick to point it out on set. At which point, I knew we would be one big family.

Q) Why should viewers take the time to tune in to the show?

A) You should watch because there is nothing like it on TV today.  You can associate with the plot and characters without a ticking clock or nerve gas.

Q) What do you do in your spare time?

A) It starts with X and ends with BOX.  I like to play on our “Brothers & Sisters” softball team. Also, I love losing at fantasy Football.

Q) What would you like to say to your fans and supporters?

A) Thank you for watching.  Spread the good word.
