The episode starts at John´s (Matt Ryan) mansion with an alarm waking Astra (Olivia Swann) up. She already has a sort of routine, working out and then hitting a sort of farmer´s market. However, she soon realizes that it´s not going to be easy to buy and pay for things if you don´t have…well, money. And it just gets worse, she even encounters a racist neighbor named Robert Truss (Russell Roberts) outside the house but Astra calls him out. She goes inside and tries to ask John for help but he´s already in the middle of something. So, she just goes back to the Waverider through a portal. Her routine goes on a loop for a few days.

The next day she needs internet but it has not been paid for, of course. Then, John and Zari (Tala Ashe) walk in coming from the burger mission thing. He doesn´t have to do anything around the house because is all taken care of with magic. Astra goes to the attic and finds a painting of Aleister Crowley (Matt Lucas). She gets in her head about how powerful she used to be.

Back to Sara (Caity Lotz) and Bishop (Raffi Barsoumian), which is where we left off last episode. He tells her that he´s been waiting a long time for her and introduces himself. He sees that Sara has been poisoned and gives her the antidote. She then wakes up tied to a bed with an Ava (Jes Macallan) clone nurse. Next, Bishop gives a presentation of his whole plan which is basically that he wants to restart humanity by creating a bunch of alien people. Bishop says that he wants to work with her and will give some time so think about it. He has, in his words, all fifteen seasons of “Wynonna Earp” on queue to let her do that. When Ava comes back to check on Sara she tries to convince her that she´s not just a Bishop creation and that she can think for herself.

Ava comes back and apparently she´s deciding to help Sara. So, off they go to the ship Sara was trapped in. Unfortunately, it was all a trap. An army of Ava’s arrive with Bishop. She fights them on to get to him and snaps his neck; however, she´s injected with something that wakes her up right in front of him again. It seems he´s very much alive.

At the mansion Aleister is teaching Astra some spells and is trying to convince her to release him into a body so that he can properly teach her more. However, John arrives trying to put the painting back. Unfortunately, she says the magic word and switches his body with Aleister´s. She initially thought it was just for a few hours, but it seems he has other plans in mind. And to make it even more complicated, all the legends arrive. Nate (Nick Zano) says they needed a place to crash. Astra says is not a good time, which makes Behrad (Shayan Sobhian) ask her if she´s dating and Spooner (Lisseth Chavez) is just starving and goes for the fridge. They are just too much so Astra turns them into a fork, a binder, cheese, a flip phone and a candle holder.

Astra invites the racist neighbor so she can steal his soul. She regrets it, but Crowley has stolen the necklace and taken over him which gives him the power to turn them into an animated musical. She goes back to John and he tells him that her mom created a failsafe spell for him a long time ago that may work to stop Crowley. She sings it and it does work. Although, it also affected John it seems.
