Q) What are the current project that you are working on?

A) Actually, I don’t know. We just finished the show and then they had me go on a two week press tour. So, I am really just relaxing at the moment.

Q) Please tell us the premise for the show “Fashion House” and about your character Gloria.

A) The show is all about the cutthroat world of the fashion industry. People will really do anything to get ahead. My character is the seductress and she was sleeping with her boss. She wants to destroy his wife’s life and she does not work in the Fashion House. She has a whole side story that goes on. She has a sick mother and a six year old son at home. She had him when she was very young so she’s trying to make a better life for herself. She sees that life in her boss. There is just lots of dramas and scandals six nights a week!

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?

A) I did modeling for five years and I went to FIDM where I graduated with a degree in marketing and merchandising. It was really the first time I went on an audition. My agent just said it’s a show about fashion and that was really all I knew. It turns out, I am not playing a model and I am not playing someone in the fashion industry so it’s actually really fun to play someone different.

Q) What is it like working with Morgan Fairchild and Bo Derek?

A) They are really sweet! You can learn a lot from them. Honestly, I don’t have many scenes with them. I do have a lot of scenes with, who I think is amazing, is Tippi Hedren. She plays my mother and she was in the movie The Birds. I learned a lot and we have so many emotional scenes together. It was a great experience for me!

Q) What is your most memorable moment from filming?

A) It would definitely be the cat fight! I am sleeping with my boss and his wife comes home to find me wearing her lingerie and jewelry. So, she’s not very happy about it and we get into a fight. We had a stunt coordinator and it was just so much fun. That’s definitely the most memorable moment! I am definitely looking forward to a movie role where I can use some of those fighting skills and action.

Q) Why should viewers be tuning in to the show?

A) It’s something that has never been done before. Not only is it a whole new show, but it is on a whole new network. They bought the script from existing telenovelas. This was a really popular Cuban telenovela and these are huge all over the world. I have family in Israel that knows Spanish just because they are so obsessed with these stories. There is a cliffhanger at the end of every episode and you want to watch the next one. You don’t have to wait until the next week so that’s definitely a reason to watch. Plus, with so much going on in the world, I think people want to escape into fantasyland. This show has really great looking people, really amazing drama, wonderful emotions and great fashion to look at. Those are things that people want to see right now.

Q) You got your start on “Deal or No Deal.” Did you ever expect the show would be such a hit?

A) No! NBC told us that it was going into thirty-five countries so there must be something about it that people like. I didn’t expect it! It just suddenly happened and now it’s the biggest show on NBC. I am, actually, neighbors with Howie Mandel. I don’t live too far from him so I do know him to be a very funny guy. I didn’t think it was going to be that popular from the start, though!

Q) You had a spot on Maxim‘s “Hot 100 List.” How did that make you feel?

A) That was really great exposure! It was great international exposure, as well. I was, actually, on the cover of the magazine’s “Hot 100 List” this year. It made me feel really good! Growing up I was very shy so to think that I would ever be modeling, let alone on the list, is very flattering. It’s great for people in the entertainment industry to see who is up and coming. I guess they were right because that was last year and this year I have a show! Hopefully, next year it’s even better!

Q) What do you do in your spare time?

A) I don’t have much free time. I just went on a family vacation. I love to travel and see the world. I don’t get the opportunity too much to go out dancing, but I love to dance. Maybe, I’ll start taking up some belly dancing classes. That’s what I’m kind of interested in.

Q) What would you say is your latest obsession? A book? A movie? A sport? A band? An activity?

A) In Cabo, I recently got to go ATVing. I liked that and riding electric scooters. That is really fun! You just think about when you were little and it’s great to be a kid!
