Q) Why did you decide to apply for the show?

A) It was a lot more exposure than what I was getting before.

Q) What was your audition process like for the show?

A) It was just going back a few times. It was nothing crazyand it wasn’t even that long.

Q) What was it like meeting Missy Elliott?

A) It was cool.

Q) What was it like on the old tour bus?

A) It wasn’t all that bad.

Q) What did you learn about music and the entertainment industry from beingon the show?

A) Don’t do any more reality shows.

Q) Who do you plan on keeping in touch with anyone fromthe show?

A) I’m going to keep in touch with Akil, Deltrice, Yelawolf,Marcus and that’s about it.

Q) What made you originally decide to become a rapper?

A) I’ve been rhyming since I was young, like fifteen or sixteen. It’s always been in me and it’s always been a part of my life. It just involvedinto my career, as I got older.

Q) How did you feel performing in front of music legendsDallas Austin and Tina Marie?

A) It was a great experience, but I really didn’t get to dowhat I do. It was good, but I wish that I had been able to showcase my talent alittle bit more than what I did than performing a Missy song or performing acowboy song. So, I really didn’t get to showcase what I do. It was good, but Iwish I could have been able to do what I do.

Q) What advice do you have for future contestants?

A) Nothing really.

Q) How did you come up with your performance for thecountry bar?

A) That wasn’t my idea. It was given to me and Nilyne and Nic thought about it. It was on them.I didn’t even want to do it.

Q) You always seem so committed. Were you just having an off night at thecountry bar?

A) I just wasn’t into it. For me to be doing something Ilike, I just have to be into it. I wasn’t into it at all. I didn’t even care toremember anything. I did it anyway. Any hungry MC in my position would do thesame.

Q) You and Nic had a beef on the show. Is it squashed now?

A) I let it be known that I don’t like him. When I don’tlike someone, I don’t like them. I’m not looking to be friends with him, so Idon’t care if it’s squashed or not.

Q) Did you have problems on country night working with Nicbecause of your past issues with him?

A) I’m a mature man, so I let bygones be bygones. I just didwhat I had to do for the contest. There was a little tension there.

Q) How do you feel about Nic using his looks to getadvancement in the competition?

A) I don’t even thing he’s all that good looking from a man’spoint of a view. He thinks he’s something he isn’t. He’s got it alltwisted.

Q) Why do you offer to sacrifice yourself for Melissa?

A) It was because I was content to that point. The contest Ididn’t really think I was going to be in. I thought it was just going to be metested in the studio or writing songs, showing how I am as an artist. I didn’tthink I would be performing honky-tonk songs and doing silly things.

Q) What was your most memorable moment from the show?

A) It was definitely when I battled Nic. That was probablythe most memorable moment because that was the only time I got to shine. Thatwas the only time I got to do what I do. Even though I’m not a big battlerapper, that’s my craft. If I had lost at something like that, then I wouldhave been upset. I got kicked off for something I don’t do so when I left, Iwas content.

Q) Who are some of your favorite music artists?

A) I’m a big fan of The Roots, Mos Def and DJ Premier.

Q) Who do you see winning?

A) I think Akil is the most talented person on the wholeshow, so maybe Akil. I think Jessica is really talented and has probably a goodshot. I guess time will tell, I don’t know. If they were looking for an MC Ithought I would probably win, but obviously they aren’t looking for just an MC.

Q) What are you going to do now that you are no longer onthe program?

A) I’m going to do the same thing that I was doing before, working hard on my music, recording, working on my album and that’s it.

Q) What would you like to say to your fans andsupporters?

A) Just watch out because I’m not going to stop. I’ll be outsoon. You’ll see me soon!
