Q) You’ve accomplished a lot for being just fifteen years old! How does that feel?

A) Thank you! It is so surreal that I get to pursue what I love at my age.

Q) You’re so passionate about something that’s also very close to my heart; supporting the Make-A-Wish foundation as an ambassador. It’s inspiring for someone so young to be so active in such an important cause. Can you speak a little about this?

A) Make-A-Wish is so important to me because the individuals involved are so strong and inspirational. I have met so many new friends through the Make-A-Wish foundation and I am grateful to be a part of the organization.

Q) As a musician, how would you describe your sound?

A) I would describe my music as pop with an edge.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) I am influenced by Celine Dion. She is a great example of an empowered woman.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Fighter.”

A) I wrote “Fighter” for the Make-A-Wish kids. I wanted to speak up for their cause.

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) Every time I write a song is a different experience. I write lyrics then come up with the melody or vice versa. Usually, it’s a little bit of both.

Q) How much of hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I am very interested in the production aspect of music. I always like to sit next to the producer, give my notes and come up with ways to improve the production.

Q) What do you hope listeners take away from listening to your Madison EP?

A) I hope they find a song that speaks to them. I want people to relate to my music and interpret it in their own way.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) I would LOVE to collaborate with Sia. She is such an amazing writer and musician.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) I think social media is a great way to make a personal connection with your fans. I’ve gotten to know so many amazing people on a personal level due to social media.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I would like to say that I would not be here without you. My fans are so important to me and their support means everything.
