Q) It was touched on a bit on the show, but how did you get into yachting?

A) I was already working in the diving industry and I thought I would try my hand at bigger boats. After finding out what courses I needed, I completed my STCW and started applying.

Q) What made you want to be a part of this season of “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) Getting offered the opportunity to be on “Below Deck Mediterranean” I figured, why not?! It was a start in the yachting industry.

Q) Were you a fan of the series before joining this season?

A) I actually hadn’t seen too much of “Below Deck Mediterranean” before the season. But what I did see, I liked!

Q) Were there certain parts of your life you deemed off limits to the camera?

A) I didnt want too much of my family/personal life on-screen. I wanted to respect my loved ones privacy.

Q) Is there much of a difference serving under a female captain than a male captain?

A) No, the qualities that make a good Captain are the same regardless of gender. Although, I was very excited to be serving under a female!!

Q) What are some of your most memorable moments that you can tease from this season of Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) One of my favorite memories was during a prank war with Bobby and Max in the crew mess…. Let’s just say things got a little messy!

Q) We saw you have some chemistry with both Wes and Adam. Do you feel the close quarters heightened your feelings?

A) Cabin fever is real. When youre all working alongside each other and adrenaline is pumping from the intensity of chartering, I think feelings definitely get heightened. You’re stuck on a boat with the same people for six very long weeks!

Q) You are a part of social media. Have you been enjoying the instant fan feedback you have been receiving?

A) My favorite part of the social media attention is receiving messages from fellow females who are inspired to join the yachting industry. I think seeing a female deckhand and female Captain breaks stereotypes that often hold girls back.

Q) The fandom is very interested in your personal and professional life. How does it make you feel to have so many people invested in you and your future?

A) It feels good knowing that people are rooting for me to succeed. It gives me motivation to keep pursuing my dreams of one day becoming a big boat Captain

Q) What is something that you want to be sure viewers know about you or that you’d like to clarify?

A) I’m a very hard worker. Often I’m judged by everything, but my work ethic yet it is probably one of my most attractive qualities. I dont like when people (especially boys) take it “easy” on me because I’m a girl, short, young…you name it. I was raised to work hard and strive for the best.

Q) What do you want to be sure fans know about you and your time on “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) First of all, it was a blast! It was the first yacht I worked and it was a HUGE learning experience. I had some fun, I made mistakes, I have some regrets… but at the end of the day, I’m only human. We are filmed all the time revealing our best and worst feelings – cut me some slack as you watch it unfold!
