Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) There are several that I already shot and are in various stages of post-production:

Here are descriptions and links to trailers:

Kubo and The Two Strings– Animated Feature – Kubo lives a quiet, normal life in a small shoreside village until a spirit from the past turns his life upside down by reigniting an age-old vendetta. This causes all sorts of havoc as gods and monsters chase Kubo who, in order to survive, must locate a magical suit of armor once worn by his late father, a legendary Samurai warrior. This stars Charlize Theron, Rooney Mara, Matthew McConaughey, George Takei and Cary Hiroyuki-Tagawa.

Nathan’s Kingdom – Nathan’s Kingdom is an imaginative coming-of-age drama about Laura, a 19-year-old outcast, who won’t surrender Nathan, her 25-year-old autistic brother, to social services. She takes him on an impossible quest to find a kingdom that only exists in Nathan’s imagination, but proves to be so real; it changes their lives forever. Nathan’s Kingdom is more than just a typical film; it’s a story lead by Jacob Lince, a young actor with Autism, who’s character [Nathan] combines drama, adventure, imagination, loyalty and love from his fantasy filled mind.

3am In Hollywood – A young woman from Orange County thinks she is about to have a fun night out on the town with her girls in Hollywood. Instead, she is about to embark on the wildest, most shocking and exciting night of her life. She encounters drag queens, prostitutes, drugs, sex, superstars and much, much more after waking up on a bathroom floor at 3am In Hollywood

Q) How was Harry in Fuller House originally described to you?

A) This Japanese man in his early 30s is Stephanie’s (Jodie Sweeten) childhood friend.  In an episode from the original Full House, 8-year-old Harry “married” 8-year-old Stephanie.  We now see Harry all grown up, as a successful CPA, who may or may not have sent Stephanie flowers.

Q) How did you come to be involved with the show? Was it just a regular audition or did they seek you out?

A) It was a regular audition. I got called in by the great Casting Office of Koczara/Schevchenko in Los Angeles.

Q) Was there anything you added to the role that wasn’t originally scripted for you?

A) I did add a little bit of “flavoring” to the role. And got to wear my own suit, which was given to me by the Actor John Cho. Yes, that John Cho.

Q) What was it like for you to be a part of such an iconic show?

A) It was fantastic, fun, surreal and a dream come true!

Q) What were some of your most memorable moments from filming Fuller House?

A) The response Harry got from the live studio audience was tremendous! Also, just being able to meet and work with the legendary Jeff Franklin, Miller/Boyett Productins, Netflix and the VERY talented cast, writers and crew. Oh and getting to kiss Jodie Sweetin’s hand and being hugged by John Stamos! The whole thing was an experience I will never forget!

Q) How does it make you feel to know that the show was quickly renewed already for another season?

A) When I found out I was so happy for everyone involved in the production and for the “Full House” and “Fuller House” fans, too.

Q) You are a part of social media. What kind of fan feedback have you been receiving about Harry and the show?

A) The response has been nothing short of TREMENDOUS.  It has been positive and supportive. There have been requests for autograph pictures and they all want to know if Harry will return for Season 2 and if he is really going to get married.

Q) What do you hope fans take away when they watch the series?

A) Laughter and smiles! And know “when you’re lost out there and you’re all alone, a light is waiting to carry you home.”

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! MAHALO NUI LOA!  I have never felt so grateful.
