Morgan Kelly – On the Lookout

By  |

Q.  What are some of the recent projects that you’ve been working on?

A.  I just finished a film here in Winnipeg by Spyglass Entertainment called The Lookout.

Q.  What can you tell us about the premise and about your character?

A.  The premise is Joseph Gordon-Levitt who plays the lead is brain damaged.  It’s like a bank robber movie, it’s like a heist movie.  Jeff Daniels, Joseph Gordon- Levitt and I play one of the bank robbers who causes mischief and mayhem.

Q.  What originally made you want to be a part of this project?

A.  The cast, the people like Jeff Daniels and the director Scott Frank who wrote Get Shorty and Minority Report.  Spyglass Entertainment is also affiliated with Disney so it’s all good.

Q.  We know you’re filming season two of “Falcon Beach.”  What changes can we expect from this upcoming season?

A.  Well, as far as my character he has grown up a lot instead of getting into trouble every week.  He’s trying to take on the business side of his father’s corporation.  Someone dies this year, I’m not saying who and that’s it in a nutshell.

Q.  What do you think it is about “Falcon Beach” that continues to grip viewers?

A.  I think it’s relationships that tend to grab the audience.  People get attached to the same characters and they want to see where they go, what happens to them and what happens to their love interest.  I think that’s why people tune in to see what happens from week to week.

Q.  What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

A.  I just bought a set of golf clubs which I am eager to use.  On the weekends a group of us will go for dinner and then we’ll go back to one of our apartment’s and hang out.  If I have time I’ll go for a jog; stuff like that.

Q.  Do you have a latest obsession?  Are you into any particular book, music group or activity?

A.  I got an Xbox 360 recently and I do enjoy playing a game called Oblivion, which I am actually currently playing.  Music, I really like the new Red Hot Chili Peppers CD.

Q.  What would you like to say to your fans and supporters?

A.  If those people do exist, I’d like to thank them.  Hopefully this season they’ll be happy with what they see and where Lane goes.  There is a big change in him this year and hopefully people who watch the show will appreciate what goes on with Lane.
