Q) What are the current projects that you are working on?

A) Right now, I am not working on anything other than starring in “Beyond the Break” on The N.

Q) Tell us about the premise of your show “Beyond the Break” and about your character Lacey.

A) Lacey had a lot of troubles when she was growing up. Her mom was an alcoholic so she pretty much had to take care of herself. She gets kind of fed up with that time of her life so she decides to go after her dream in Hawaii as a professional surfer. She is hard to crack, but when you get to know her she is a very loyal friend.

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?

A) I love surfing and I really liked the character. When I met the producers, originally, I got along really well with everybody. I thought it would be really fun to work with them. Plus, I got to work in Hawaii and it sounded like a good show, all around.

Q) How did you prepare for your role as a surfer?

A) We had a bunch of surfing lessons before we got out there, but I already knew how to surf so I was well prepared and brushed up. When we got there, we talked to a lot of locals and professional surfers. They spent a lot of time with us talking about the tour, how it is to be sponsored and what it is like being a role model.

Q) What is your most memorable moment from filming the show?

A) There are a lo of them! It would probably be conquering a fear of riding a huge wave. There is not a specific moment, but production was very difficult due to the physical aspect of it.

Q) Why should viewers take the time to tune in?

A) I think it’s going to be a great show! It’s got a lot of surfing, drama and it’s a really interesting show!

Q) What made you want to become an actress?

A) I don’t remember, specifically, what it was. I used to want to be Laura Ingalls Wilder from “Little House on the Prairie” and I think that’s where it started.

Q) What has been your favorite project to work on?

A) I would say this one all around! Everyone was really cool to work with and filming in Hawaii was amazing!

Q) What do you do in your spare time?

A) I like to surf and hang out with my friends. I also like to go to the beach.

Q) What is your latest obsession? A band? A sport? A movie?

A) I like to listen to a lot of classic rock and 80’s music. I am going to the Coachella concert  so I will get to hear a lot of great music!
