Sunday:

Teen Wolf – Scott preps the town for his upcoming departure. Meanwhile, something mysterious makes its presence known at the Eichen House. Gasp! (MTV, 8pm ET/PT)

Insecure – This week Issa and Molly are doing “hella great!” Sure, Jan. If you believe that, I have an island to sell you. Watch and see what shenanigans these besties get into tonight! (HBO, 10:30pm ET/PT)

Monday:

American Ninja Warrior – Competitors go hard in this all-out competition. Tonight, contestants take on the Salmon Ladder Hourglass Drop, Elevator Climb and a brand new beast of a challenge – Spinball Wizard! (NBC, 8pm ET/PT)

Superhuman – In the season finale, we watch five new contestants show off their extraordinary talents in hopes of winning a $50,000 grand prize. Watch guest judges Christian Milian, Mike Tyson and Dr. Rahul Jandial make a tough decision. (9pm ET/PT)

Tuesday:

Dance Moms – It’s the first week back and gossip is quickly spreading about Abby’s upcoming court date. All of the moms are wondering what Abby has planned, but since she is in denial they are having trouble getting a straight answer. So, Abby distracts herself by planning a dance centered around Ashlee and Brynn’s family court battle. (Lifetime, 9pm ET/PT)

The Have and the Have Nots – David and Erica are confronted in an elevator by Veronica about their relationship. Grab yourself some wine and hold on to your sofa cushions! (OWN, 9pm ET/PT)

Wednesday:

Masterchef – The kitchen is transformed tonight into a fancy dining room where the chefs must impress local purveyors of local ingredients. The chefs split into two teams and use these suppliers’ goods to make their finest meals. The losing team heads to the pressure test where they will survive making the best cannoli. (FOX, 8pm ET/PT)

The Sinner – In this epic series premiere, Jessica Biel returns to TV. In the initial episode, we watch a housewife stab a fellow beachgoer to death. Watch as the investigation begins! (USA, 10pm ET/PT)

Thursday:

Date Night Live – If you dug NBC’s show “First Dates” then you’ll enjoy watching this series. In four cities around the country, watch blind dates as they are actually happening – in real time! (Lifetime, 9pm ET/PT)

Zoo – Mitch puts his efforts into rescuing Clementine. Plus, we get a look into the past of Jackson’s sister Abigail, which gives us a bit of a look into the origins of the hybrids. (CBS, 10pm ET/PT)

Friday:

Killjoys – This week’s episode begins with Johnny having an epic battle with someone from his past. Meanwhile, Dutch has to face her own personal hell. (Syfy, 8pm ET/PT)
