Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) Heavy rock with metal elements

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Aerosmith, Ozzy [Osbourne], Motley Crue, [Black] Sabbath, Metallica, Corrosion of Conformity

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) Music comes first and then lyrics

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) We hire outside producers

Q) SOiL fans loved your album Scars and are eager to check out some new music from the band. Is there an EP, LP or full-album in the works by chance?

A) New EP coming in 2026! Ready to go! Release date coming soon.

Q) You will be headed out on tour in 2026, even playing the Hard Rock Hell Festival XIX. What can SOiL fans expect from a live show?

A) As usual, lots of energy, all the classics soil songs, and a couple new ones!

Q) This upcoming tour will feature some first-ever stops in cities you’ve not performed in. Where have been some of your favorite places to perform at over the years?

A) UK is always amazing. As is Europe. Australia is a favorite. Getting to play Russia was a trip as well.

Q) What are some career-spanning tracks that fans still love hearing you play live?

A) “Halo,” “Unreal,” “Breaking Me Down, “Pride” and “Redefine”

Q) SOiL has had quite the career! What advice would you give to upcoming artists just starting in the business?
