Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I’ve just finish filming the second series of the French TV show “Life in Front of Them” and I’m releasing my album with my band Burning Peacocks on October 28th.

Q) What made you want to be a part of Kids In Love?

A) I thought the character was interesting. She seems to be this mysterious very confident girl, but she actually doesn’t trust herself and is really lost in the crowd she’s evolving in. It was also a big challenge and great experience to work outside of my country and in a different language.

Q) How was your character Evelyn originally described to you?

A) The script was really clear and the director really let me embrace the character and make my own version of Evelyn.

Q) Was there anything you added to the role that wasn’t originally scripted for you?

A) A dug a bit more into the unconfident part of Evelyn. We added a few scenes with Will [Poulter] to deepen on why Evelyn is behaving the way she does with Jack. The scene on the footsteps after the carnival for example was completely improvised.

Q) What did you find the most challenging aspect of your role?

A) The most challenging thing for me was to work in English! I was very afraid it wouldn’t sound right! But the whole cast and crew really helped me to relax with that and stop focusing on it.

Q) What was it like working with Will Poulter and Cara Delevigne?

A) Great! They are both amazing actors, really committed to their jobs. I had more work time with Will and he is so talented, generous and kind. It was delightful!

Q) What kind of guidance did director Chris Foggin provide?

A) Chris really know how to make everybody comfortable. I think it is important for him to create a real group of work based on trust and communication. He likes to talk about the characters, try different things and offers a lot of freedom to his actors.

Q) What were some of your most memorable behind the scenes moments?

A) Shooting the fire hockey was really fun! We spent the whole afternoon playing and joking around. I was supposed to be goalie in the scene, but I was so bad at it we had to fake it! Everybody was fooling around with me about it. It was a very nice day

Q) Is there a moment or scene you are most looking forward to seeing how fans react?

A) Not specially. I’m looking forward to see what they liked about it and to let myself be surprised!

Q) What do you think it is about the movie that will make people want to check it out?

A) Specially the coming of age aspect of the movie. This post teenage phase is something we all had or will have to deal with! I think everyone can relate to the different characters, situations and the love story because we all like to watch romance movies, don’t we?

Q) You are a part of social media. Are you looking forward to the instant fan feedback you will be receiving?

A) No. I’m not doing it to receive anything. Just to share!

Q) Is there anything else you want to be sure fans know about Kids In Love?

A) Nothing about friendship in this movie is fake. Everyone was so great and we formed a group of friend on the film that remains today. I love them so much!

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) To do just as Jack: give your dreams a chance!
