For a fresh baked cookie that will surely tantalize your tastebuds, look no further than Seattle based business Bell’s Cookie Co. Created by a caterer who would include her cookies as a sweet option for clients, Brooke began getting more and more requests for these delicious desserts. It was in 2019 that Brooke and her husband Thomas truly got to work on making Bell’s what it is today – a fabulous place to snag yourself some epically good cookies.

Named after Brooke and Thomas’ little girl, the cookie company offers some classic confections and some more intriguing options. For traditionalists, you can snag yourself options such as Red Velvet, Chocolate Chunk (with Maldon salt) or Snickerdoodle. Or why not gobble up our personal favorites – Triple Peanut Butter Chip with Oats and Colombian Corn? The three different types of corn flour just send this cookie to another level! For those in need of a deep chocolate rush, check out the Chocolate Monster (white chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, caramel and pecan). Whatever you select, you’re ensured to get a super soft, yummy treat.

Locals of Seattle are able to get Bell’s Cookies sent to their doorsteps via a cookie delivery service every Tuesday through Sunday. For those not nearby, check out their shipping options where cookie fanatics can pick up a Box of 7 at $28.00 or a Box of 12 at $36.00 through Goldbelly.
