BH90210 – The Long Wait

The season finale opens with Ian (Ian Ziering) as he walks into The Peach Pit to talk to his character Steve. He gives him some advice on his hair and clothes before giving him the legacy key. He then wakes up wearing a face mask and declares it is party time.

 

Tori (Tori Spelling), Jennie (Jennie Garth) and Gabrielle (Gabrielle Carteris) are at The Peach Pit drinking with Ian and Brian (Brian Austin Green). They reminisce on memories when Christine (Christine Elise) says that shooting the pilot was the easy part. They need to get it picked up. They are up against “The OC” reboot where Marissa comes back from the dead. She says she will be in New York either way. The women wonder how being picked up might not happen when they discuss their problems. Tori is struggling financially and Gabrielle is dealing with coming to terms with her sexuality. Tori and Jennie figure out she is with Christine.

 

Brian talks to Zach (Ty Wood), who is nervous about being at the party.

 

Jennie slaps Kyler’s (Karis Cameron) butt and they discuss the show. Jennie reminds her that she helped her get on for moral support. Kyler is not happy and walks away to vent to Shannen (Shannen Doherty), who gives advice but not stories. Brian, of course, is willing to share.

 

Ian discusses his no strings attached relationship with Brian and says he wants more.

 

Jennie seems jealous of Kyler being with Shannen, but Wyatt (Brendan Penny) thinks she has nothing to worry about. They reminisce a bit more about being on the show.

 

Tori and Nate (Ivan Sergei) go home and complain about the price of babysitters when the power goes out. He can’t remember if he paid the bill, so they fight.

 

Three weeks later Tori and Jennie are awaiting news when the debt collector calls Tori. The women then argue over if they did enough when Kyler comes in to complain about Tori’s baby. Kyler talks more about Shannen, making Jennie jealous.

 

Shay (La La Anthony) comes in and tells Brian he is not Zach’s father. She secretly did a DNA test, upsetting Brian and causing him to lash out.

 

Tori checks in on where things stand with Christine, who says here is still tough competition with “The OC.” Tori wants to see the paperwork, but Christine says no and hangs up.

 

Anna (Natalie Sharp) and Ian kiss and discuss their relationship. He wants more than she can give, but wants to be together.

 

Tori gets home, yelling at the kids when she gets the test audience results from Christine’s assistant. She calls Jennie so they can go over them together. However, when they and the rest of the cast read them and don’t like the negative feedback.

 

Jason (Jason Priestley) and Shannen are confused by the sexual tension they supposedly have.

 

Nobody is happy with the audience results and get together at The Peach Pit to discuss it. Christine says not to worry and creates buzz instead. She wonders where Shannen is when fans come to meet them.

 

Kyler is there, but only to see Shannen. Jennie is jealous.

 

Brian and Tori discuss how they feel unappreciated by their spouses.

 

Shannen comes in and says she is late due to saving an animal. Kyler thinks she is amazing, but everyone else isn’t so sure.

 

Zach shows up and Brian confronts him about the DNA results. Zach insists his mom told him he is Brian’s son and shows a picture, leaving Brian confused.

 

Nate drops off one of his kids so he can go to dinner with a friend, causing another fight with Tori.

 

Christine tells them there is one show left for Fox to pick up and it is not looking good for them.

 

Everyone discusses the possibilities and decide to go to Brian’s the next day to find out what happens.

 

The next day, Brian and Shay fight some more about her sneakiness.

 

Jason helps Camille (Vanessa Lachey) feel better, but she tells him it is over. She says they can be friends and she can be his publicist.

 

Brian goes to Shannen for advice about Zach and she tells him to be a father figure anyway.

 

Jennie and Wyatt talk and kiss….until he shows her his new tattoo of her initials. She freaks out. Gabrielle tells her too end it.

 

Brian, Nate and Ian discuss Tori being relentless about the pilot. They got picked up and are going to the upfront, causing a big celebration.

 

Shannen and Jason make out….in a fantasy she has while meditating. She keeps having fears of flying and tries to calm down.

 

Everyone arrives in NY….when Christine meets Gabrielle’s husband. Tori and Jennie pick up on the awkwardness.

 

Ian runs into Denise Richards (Denise Richards) at the upfronts. Brian and Shay fight. She is mad that Zach is there with Shannen.

 

Kyler admits she finds Jennie irritating and jealous. However, she says Jennie is right sometimes.

 

Zach and Brian talk and promise to be in each other’s lives.

 

Nate admits he is proud of Tori and that he is a bit jealous. Tori wants them to be a we and that she didn’t have to try so much.

 

Brian shows Jason a picture of Zach’s mom and wonders if he might be the father.

 

Ian and Denise hook up.

 

Gabrielle admits to her husband that something is going on with her and Christine and he says he already knew.

 

Jason and Jennie discuss the end of their relationships.

 

Denise and Ian are talking when Anna comes up….and it turns out they are mother and daughter.

 

Tori and Brian discuss their own relationships and relate to one another.

 

It turns out Jennie, Shannen and Tori are all in red, pissing them all off.

 

Christine says they are reshooting everything in Canada, making cast changes and firing one of them.

 

They all enter the upfronts united…with Jason kissing Jennie’s hand before they go out.
