DC’s Legends of Tomorrow – Bad Blood

The episode starts with John (Matt Ryan) chewing on some gum that he later sticks into Aleister Crowley´s (Matt Lucas) painting. which is a way to convince him to tell him where the map of the Fountain of Imperium is. He reveals right away that he entrusted the map to a banker. Noelle (Melissa Farman) rings the house bell and John opens the door for her; however, she can not come in until he invites her. Constantine figures she´s a vampire, but does not have her money and offers something else instead, a favor to spare her immortal life. One word from him and she will turn into ashes. She doesn´t fight it and just puts whatever she brought for Aleister on the table. John says Crowley was juicing magic potion and how dangerous that was. He asks him to be partners again, but Constantine has someone else in mind.

Back at the Waverider Behrad (Shayan Sobhian), Nate (Nick Zano) and Gary (Adam Tsekhman) are singing a lullaby to baby Gus while original Zari (Tala Ashe) records it. Astra (Olivia Swann) confirms that Sara (Caity Lotz) and Ava (Jes Macallan) are getting constant updates because they don´t think they can survive one weekend without them while looking for a venue. Baby Gus wakes up so the boys start singing again. Spooner (Lisseth Chavez) comes out from behind the couch saying that she can not take the singing anymore and that the little Alien is crying because he has growing pains so she just takes off.

Lita (Mina Sundwall) asks Spooner to help with Rory´s (Dominic Purcell) situation. He hasn´t wrapped his head around the pregnancy yet, shocking. She´s trying to figure out what happened in the year they did not have contact and perhaps the eggs on his head have some clues. They get interrupted by John. He asks for Spooner to have a drink with him. He shows her the map and asks her to translate it, which takes them to Albacete, Spain in 1939 to the middle of the civil war. There they meet a man named El Gato (Alexander Garcia Soto), someone that can´t be killed and has escaped death seven times before. However, they´re welcomed with guns. Spooner and John walk out the tavern and go to the basement where they find a mute kid named Fernando (Ricardo Ortiz). Thankfully, Spooner is able to hear his thoughts. The tavern is later ambushed by soldiers led by Colonel Noriega (Leo Rano). He shoots El Gato, pulling Fernando out of the basement to use magic on him and cure him. Spooner goes after him but gets taken too.

Everyone is dealing with some internal struggle. Rory´s feeling guilty because he left Kayla behind, so Lita pretends to go into labor to get him to the med bay for Gideon (Amy Louise Pemberton) to check him out. John´s trying to get his magic back so badly that he makes a rushed decision taking Crowley´s magic poison to give himself a boost and help Spooner and Fernando escape. But before we get to that, he dresses up like a priest to fool Colonel Noriega, which kind of works for a little bit so they are able to get away. Everything is also chaos with baby Gus getting way to big for the Legends to handle him because of his alien biology. Thanks to Zari and Behrad´s totems they are able to send him through a time portal.

Spooner is not happy with John when he refuses to go back to the tavern so they can help everybody else. He just wants Fernando to take him to the cave where he found The Fountain. She asks him to give her a reason to stay and risk her life and Fernando´s for his quest. He manages to convince her. They get to the cave, but there´s no water anymore so John comes up with an idea to have Spooner push Fernando´s magic into him. He pretends to make this his choice, but Spooner is not buying it. He agrees to give him the powers if he helps him look for his mom. It doesn´t go well so this is where John takes the potion and kills all the soldiers in the cave.

Sara and Ava arrive just in time to see Rory´s alien babies through an ultrasound. Fernando goes back to his uncle so Spooner and John return to his mansion. He still has the potion with him so she sees it. She asks him not to do it and even threatens to tell Zari 2.0, but he ignores her. Without her consent he uses magic on her to make her forget. Noelle arrives with a big box of potions in exchange of Crowley´s painting.
