Q) Please tell us the premise for A Predator Returns. 

 

A) A shark enthusiast on the run from the police and his dark past of heartbreak and murder, resides in an abandoned lighthouse only to be caught up in the action again when his lonely heart gets the best of him.

 

Q) How was your character Bruce originally described to you?

 

A) Nobody deceived him to me other than what I read about him when reading the script for the first time…He’s definitely intense.

 

Q) What was it about the film or the role that intrigued you enough to want to be a part of the movie? 

 

A) I loved how the character was very simple to me in real life with his infatuation with sharks. Also, I liked the idea of a heist duo romance gone horribly wrong. Story of my life. [laughs]

 

Q) Were you familiar with any of your costars before working with them on this project?

 

A) No, I was thrown right into the deep end, no pun intended, and so were they!

 

Q) What did you find challenging about your portrayal?

 

A) I had to find the balance of making sure that though I had to be the antagonist and “the bad guy” I still had to be likeable. In doing so, I brought in vulnerability and humor.

 

Q) What advice did director Colin Theys offer that you took to heart while filming?

 

A) Colin allowed me to try things in different ways and was open to ideas! In doing so, we had lots of fun and found some great ideas that landed the movie together!

 

Q) What were some of your favorite scenes to shoot for A Predator Returns?

 

A) I very much enjoyed driving the boats around and any day I was on the ocean on a sunny day, especially chilling in the old and haunted lighthouse.

 

Q) Often Lifetime films are super intense. How did you shake off a long day of shooting? 

 

A) I wasn’t able to shake off anything, COVID made the days long. I was tired as well as dealing with my own issues in real life so fresh during filming. This is exactly what I needed to jump into the craziness of Bruce and his antics!

 

Q) What is it about A Predator Returns that will make it a fast fan favorite Lifetime thriller?

 

A) The romance! It is a sweet movie after all halfway through that will make the fans really want Bruce to escape his past and find love.

 

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who are fans and supporters of you and the work you do? 

 

A) Thank you for being there, I love you, never be afraid to reach out to me and stay tuned for more. [smiles]
