Interviews
Lyndie Greenwood – Sleepy Hollow
Q) When last we left Jenny she had been in a severe accident, where do we pick up with her and her recovery?
A) Jenny is out of the pot and into the fire. We first find her away from the car accident and in the clutches of Henry and his Hessians.
Q) We have seen Jenny connect with Ichabod and Abbie, but Abbie was stuck in purgatory. Will we see new connections for Jenny and with whom?
A) Luckily, Abbie is out of purgatory now, but there are new characters being introduced anyway. We’ll get to see how Jenny gets along (or doesn’t get along) with them.
Q) With Katrina free, is there a chance Jenny may become a part of Katrina’s coven?
A) That would be amazing! There is no hint of it yet, but anything can happen in Sleepy Hollow!
Q) Will Jenny and Abbie become closer together this season?
A) The sisters were in a pretty good place before Abbie was trapped. I think they’ll continue that way for some time.
Q) What defining characteristic of Jenny will change the most due to the upcoming apocalypse?
A) Jenny is learning to trust and to love because of her sister and Ichabod. I hope she gets to have more of that before anything happens that pushes her away again.
Q) How much of the stunt work do you do and what scene so far has been the hardest to film?
A) I do all that I can. I really love stunt work. The most fun I’ve had recently was being thrown against a wall. I had to wear a harness and dangle in the air for a bit.
Q) Is there anything that you have added to your role as Jenny that may not originally have been scripted?
A) There wasn’t very much description given to me about Jenny, except for a “Sarah Connor type” of woman. I used that and ran with it and slowly she is becoming more complex.
Q) You are a part of social media. Why is it important for you to connect with fans this way and do you enjoy the instant fan feedback it provides during and after episodes?
A) I enjoy it, but it is also nerve-wracking. If people don’t like what they have seen, you’ll definitely hear about it. But most of the time, the interaction with the fans is all love and it encourages you to keep going and try even harder to bring truth to the character.
