Q) What inspired you to pursue a career in social media and YouTube?

 

A) I think what inspired me to pursue a career in social media is me wanting my foot in the acting industry. When I discovered that I can use social media to get me out more and display my talent to the world.

 

Q) You have over 245,000 Twitter followers, 680,000 YouTube subscribers, and you have accumulated over 30* million views on your YouTube channel. What do all of these numbers mean to you and the success you have had and continue to have in your career?

 

A) All of the numbers that I have on each and every platform means the world to me because It just still blows my mind that that many people decided to click the follow button and that they support me from thousands of miles away. The success I have had and have on social media is preparing me for further success in the acting industry.

 

Q) Where do you get inspiration from for your videos?

 

A) I get inspiration from events that occur every day in my life. I think that’s why people can relate to my videos.

 

Q) Are their any YouTubers or channels you look up to or would like to collaborate with if given the chance?

 

A) If given the chance I would love to collab with Glozell because I just always loved her content and what she’s about.

 

Q) What is your favorite task in creating your videos? For example, do you prefer to plan content, film, edit or engage in another important step?

 

A) I don’t really have a ”favorite task” when it comes to creating my videos. I think of a topic, turn on my camera and then just let it flow. I think being authentic and just being you is really important when making videos.

 

Q) Is there a video, or a couple of videos, from your channel that you are most proud of?

 

A) I’m proud of all my videos on my channel because in each and every video I put the utmost energy, time and effort.

 

Q)  What are your goals for the future of your channel?

 

A) My goals for the future of my channel is reach its maximum potential that it can reach and to inspire others all around the world.

 

Q) What can you tell us about the premise of “Foursome,” as well as your role on this largely successful YouTube Red show?

 

A) The show follows four best friends in high school who go through ordinary high school drama. Dakota (Andie’s best friend) is the friend you definitely want around you! He’s fun, upfront and always honest! He’s a friend who will ALWAYS has your back no matter what! I think fans are in for a treat this season

 

Q) What originally inspired you to join “Foursome?”

 

A) All my life I’ve always wanted to be an actor! I moved to LA at the age of eighteen and this was my first audition ever! I was super nervous at first, but when I read the script for the role of Dakota I just knew this role was meant for me! I love the whole concept of this show and I’m so thankful I am apart of such a great project with YouTube Red!

 

Q) Where do you connect with your character, Dakota Green?

 

A) There are many things that I connect with Dakota! He’s funny, outgoing, confident, honest, caring, loyal and very attractive! All those things definitely describe me as well!

 

Q) What does it mean for you to provide representation for the LGBTQ community on “Foursome,” as you portray the character of Dakota, who is described as an “out-proud high school student?”

 

A) I think it’s so great to be able to provide representation for the LGBTQ community on “Foursome”! It shows that it’s okay to be different and yeah maybe some people won’t love you for it, but a lot of people will! Dakota shows you gotta stay confident and keep your head up and that over time things do get better!!

 

Q)  How has Dakota evolved throughout your time on the series?

 

A) To be honest, Dakota has not changed at all lol! He will always and forever be that confident, honest, funny friend!

 

Q) How does the newly binge-able format of “Foursome” appeal to viewers?

 

A) I think this newly binge-able format gets the viewers wanting more! I know when I binge watch a show and I finally finish, I desperately want more! I think this format will definitely give the show even more hype!

 

Q) How does YouTube’s convenience and ease of access affect your ability to further grow your channel, as well as recruit fans and viewers for “Foursome?”

 

A) Having a show on YouTube Red helps my channel grow a lot actually! The people who usually don’t watch my regular YouTube content watch “Foursome” and see me and they are like, “Oh this guy is pretty funny! I wonder what else he does,” so they immediately start following! I love when people comment that they found me because of “Foursome!”
