Sarah Ramos – Runaway

Q) What are the current projects that you are working on?

A) I am working on a show called “Runaway” that is on the CW network.

Q) Tell us the premise for your character Hannah Rader on the show “Runaway.”

A) Hannah is the daughter of a fugitive (her father) who is running away from the police. Their whole family runs away with him. She is trying to make the best out of the situation and trying to rebuild her life as how she had hoped it would be before.

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?

A) I read the script and thought it was really exciting. I wanted to know what was going to happen next. Also, I like acting and wanted to do another project.

Q) What is it about your role that is challenging for you?

A) I think it’s challenging since I don’t really know what it would be like to be on the run, having to change your identity and not let people know what you were doing since you have a fugitive father.

Q) What is your most memorable moment from filming?

A) It’s all memorable. It’s all funny! Every time we do family scenes it’s a lot of fun and we laugh all the time. I remember those moments.

Q) What is it like working with Donnie Wahlberg?

A) It’s crazy! Donnie’s crazy! He is funny and weird. He’ll holler across the set and people will wonder what’s going on. We just answer, “Oh, that’s Donnie!” It’s fun.

Q) The show is getting good reviews. How does that make you feel?

A) It makes me feel happy that people are liking it and I am hopeful about the outcome of this show.

Q) You are a volunteer for JFS/The Family Violence Project. Why is this cause so important to you?

A) It’s my aunt’s organization and she’s a big part of it. I know it’s really important to her. I don’t think domestic violence is a good thing, at all. I think there is too much of it and that it should be stopped.

Q) What do you do in your spare time?

A) Since I’ve been out in Toronto filming for the show, I hang out with Dustin [Milligan] and we watch movies and TV. We eat and laugh. It’s pretty fun!

A) Thank you for watching! I think that you should get others to watch the show so it can be bigger!
