Q) Have you ever been to any other conventions? Which ones?
SB: I’ve been to FanExpo, but I’ve only really been in a room at a table. I haven’t really done a convention. This is still really going to be all new.
WC: I agree. I’ve done PlayList Live, which is less convention-y, but still kind of convention-y. I have also been to FanExpo, I walked around.
Q) What are you looking forward to doing most at Dragon Con?
WC: I’m looking forward to our Meet & Greet. To be totally honest, it will be so nice to talk to people that I talk to on Twitter in real life. I like to see the physical bodies and their faces, as opposed to Twitter handle names. I am really looking forward to that!
SB: I’m just excited to just walk around and see who I run into and see who I meet. I don’t really have any plans to go to any specific panels. I’m just kind of like in explorer mode right now. Everything is new and I just want to run into it all!
Q) Is there anything that either of you are currently geeking out about?
SB: I just currently went crazy over “The Defenders.”
WC: You took my answer.
SB: Yes. I just. You know that Jessica Jones, Matt Murdock BroTP. I am just in there for life! It just made me so happy…
WC: I haven’t watched all of it yet and I don’t want it spoiled and that was almost like a spoiler for me. (laughs) So, I just watched the first episode and I was like, “Okay. It’s just like an opening episode, so it’s going to be okay.” I just love Daredevil and I love all four of them and all four of them together. By the second episode in, I was hooked. I am five episodes in now. It is so good. Marvel is so good. They are just doing such a good job. I want to be a Marvel character!
SB: I just like sat down and I was like, “Alright, let’s start this.” Then, like six episodes later I’m like, “Oh my gosh, where’s my day? Like how did this happen”?
WC: I dork out on Marvel for sure!
Q) If you were to Cosplay at Dragon Con, what would your Cosplay be?
SB: I’ve never done Princess Leia and I feel like that is just something that you’ve got to do one day. I’ve just gotta do it.
WC: I don’t know if this is a wrong answer, but would Jessica Rabbit be one? I would love to be Jessica Rabbit.
Q) What Cosplays are you most excited to see?
SB: I don’t know. I’m trying to think what would be just so crazy to see. I’m not sure. I geek out over very few things and very specific things. So, I’m not sure.
WC: I’d love to see X-Men characters done really well. Like, I would love to see someone just go full out on Wolverine. Just everything! I’d liked that. I think that would be really fun.
Are there any celebrities that you are looking forward to meeting at the Walk of Fame? Who are you looking forward to meeting most?
SB: I didn’t know there was a Walk of Fame.
WC: Sharon told me that John Cusack was attending and that would be just…
SB: That is so cool. That would be so cool.
WC: That would be so awesome! I would love to meet him.
Q) Do you have a planned-out schedule of what you want to do while you are here or are you going to go where the Dragon Con winds take you?
SB: We are just staying open.
WC: Seeing where the universe takes us.
Q) Swerve Season Two premieres its first episode on Saturday, September 2. While you are here at Dragon Con, do you have anything special planned for the premiere?
WC: Yes. We have a meet-up.
SB: Yeah. We have a meet-up. And we’re just gonna meet some people. We’re gonna screen it and we’re gonna do some live tweeting. It’s going to be a lot of fun and I am really excited to be surrounded by a bunch of people when it premieres.
