Each week I’ll be picking the best drama, comedy or reality TV and sci-fi/fantasy moments from the shows of the prior week. They may sometimes be equipped with some of your favorite ships or tear-jerking moments. So, keep reading if you are still not over what happened on your favorite TV show this week!

Drama: Run On, “Episode 2” – “Why do we fall? So we can learn how to get back up again.”

After meeting on multiple occasions Mi Joo (Shin Se-Kyung) and  Seon Gyeom (Si-wan Yim) are able to go see a movie and get drinks together. While they’re out they discuss why Mi Joo wanted to become a translator. She talks about how she wanted to be the bridge and the conversation is extremely beautiful that gives Seon Gyeom one of his first heartwarming smiles with Mi Joo. This show already looks like a great one and shows something we don’t often get to see, which is the story of a translator. I will definitely be tuning back in until the end.

Comedy/Reality TV: Young Sheldon, “A Musty Crypt and a Stick to Pee On ” – Trouble in Paradises

It seemed like everyone was having relationship issues this week on Young Sheldon – a marriage that was put against another, a relationship scared of a possible outcome and one that just isn’t moving as carefree as it had been. I really liked seeing the family and all their relationships having some sort of issue. Some of the awkwardness between some relationships ended better than others, but not anything too extreme yet.

Sci-fi/Fantasy: Sweet Home, “Episode 1” – Is this the end?

In the end of the first episode the battle begins between the humans and the monsters. When Seo Yi-Kyung (Lee Si-Young) and Lee Eun-Hyeok (Lee Do-Hyun) start fighting the monster that has entered the apartment building things start to get heated and you can tell that the show is going to be a thrilling ride. The premiere ends with a satisfying, “What will they do next?” vibe and the final scene with blood running down Cha Hyun-Su’s (Song Kang) face brings even more questions to the surface.
