Who? Created and written by Alexandra Clarke. Starring Rebecca Liddiard, Spencer Robson, Sydney Kondruss, Richard Young, Barbara Mamabolo, Shawn Ahmed, Sara Hennessey, Nykeem Provo, Adamo Ruggiero, Marni Van Dyk with special appearances by Jeanne Beker and Alanna Durkovich!

Why Should I Watch? When I first watched MsLabelled, I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant, but I knew that after Vervegirl launched Carmilla, this show was going to be equally as badass…and I was right. If Anne Hathaway’s character from The Devil Wears Prada had a vlog, I imagine it being something like series lead, Ella’s vlog. Documenting every high and low of the cutthroat fashion industry, audiences get an inside look at what really goes on at a fashion magazine.

Rebecca Liddiard’s portrayal of eager and passionate Ella is down right adorable as she learns the ins and outs of fashion while trying to maintain her composure as the lead fashion designers tear her down bit for bit (and that’s just the first episode). As the season progresses, you’ll find a bit of yourself in every character, which I think is what makes the show so relatable, not to mention the great musical choices during their fashion montages.

Really you have to see for yourself why the show is so great, even the great Miranda Priestly would be impressed.
