WHY SHOULD I WATCH?

This series premiered on April 3^rd, 2018 and every Tuesday and Thursday a new episode is released. Stars Sharon Belle and Maddy Foley play Sharon and Maddy, friends and roommates that share an apartment in Toronto. The two also share some of life’s many deep and not so deep conversations while sitting on the outside steps to their apartment. Even during Toronto’s winter.

The series’ dialogue is funny and entertaining and the chemistry between the two stars is unmatched. I am particularly fascinated by Maddy Foley who reminds me of a Canadian Eliza Taylor (“The 100”).

In fact, you may be watching a Canadian comedy if you continue to hear the word “toboggan.” This particular episode was one of my favorite as I had no idea there were collectors of toboggans. Good to know!

If you are looking for a short and sweet web series that will make you laugh and doesn’t take itself too seriously, then I recommend watching Step Sisters! Also, if Sharon Belle looks familiar to you it is probably because you have seen her in one of these impressive web series: Carmilla, Couple-ish and Swerve.
