What To Watch This Week

Sunday:

Euphoria – Zendaya returns to TV as a seventeen-year-old in this new series for HBO. She plays Rue who returns home from rehab on a mission to return to her old ways. Her pals Maddy and Nate have recently broken up and attempt to make one another jealous. McKay takes an interest in Cassie and Kat is being pushed to lose something…personal to her. (HBO, 10pm ET/PT)

City on a Hill – The Affleck and Damon produced series starts tonight! Head back to the early 90’s in Boston where FBI agent Rohr (Kevin Bacon) fits in nicely with the corruption and rigged politics. When new ADA Ward (Aldis Hodge) takes over, he decides it’s time to end all the shady shenanigans of the department. After an armored truck heist leaves three guards missing Rohr and Ward must unite to find out what has happened. (Showtime, 9pm ET/PT)

Monday:

Grand Hotel – Meet the wealthy and good-looking guests staying at a luxury Miami Beach hotel. This interesting cast of characters is sure to reveal some serious secrets and scandals. (ABC, 10:01pm ET/PT)

Tuesday:

Good Trouble – It’s the start to Season 2 and we finally find out the decision in the Jamal Thompson case. Meanwhile, Mariana starts a brand-new relationship. (Freeform, 8pm ET/PT)

The Detour – This new season starts off with a new road trip. Of course, this time though it’s a hunt to find their daughter who has run away.  (TBS, 10:30pm ET/PT)

Wednesday:

Grown-ish – In tonight’s episode Zoey’s pals push her to get a job. With a waning bank account, she better find something that offers a decent wage. (Freeform, 8pm ET/PT)

Yellowstone – In the season starter Kaycee finds his footing in a new role at the Ranch. However, John finds himself in hot water when a damaging article is printed about him. Meanwhile, Rainwater looks to the tribal council for permission to launch a new plan. (Paramount, 10pm ET/PT)

Thursday:

Riviera – We begin Season 2 shortly after the ending of Season 1. The Clios family still finds themselves dealing with the chaos caused by the mysterious death of Constantine. Plus, Georgina continues her fight with Irina Clios and her kids for control. (Sky Atlantic, 4pm ET/PT)

Reef Break – Poppy Montgomery returns to TV as former thief Cat Chambers. When she arrives home she finds herself smack dab in the middle of a kidnapping. Uh oh! (ABC, 10pm ET/PT)

Friday:

Dark – In the Season 2 premiere Jonas is stuck in the future and desperate to get back to 2020. His pals Martha, Magnus and Franziska are working to figure out how the involvement of Bartosz in the incidents that have started to pop up in Winden. Plus, more and more people seem to be drawn into the events that were created by a mysterious figure that appears to be connected to them throughout various time zones. (Netflix)

Mr. Iglesias – “Fluffy” comedian Gabriel Iglesias heads to Netflix! As a teacher of high school students there is sure to be plenty of jokes made at his and the kids’ expenses. (Netflix)
