What To Watch This Week

Monday:
Bachelor In Paradise: They say “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.” I guess they must have met Ashley I. Our newest arrival has already shed more tears than she promised upon walking into the vacation. Let’s see though if Jared can manage to finally shake her off or if she can paddle her tears up Jared’s stream. (ABC, 8pm ET/PT)
Odd Mom Out: Tonight finds Jill at her wits end thanks to heavy traffic on the way to the Hamptons. While grinding her teeth in gridlock, she sees a woman (Molly Ringwald) throwing her trash out the window. Well, we all know Jill loves a cause so watch as she confronts this litterbug in hopes of taking away the boredom and saving the planet. (Bravo, 10pm ET/PT)
Tuesday:
Better Late Than Never: This brand new reality show gives a voyeuristic look as four celebrities (Henry Winkler, William Shatner, Terry Bradshaw and George Foreman) travel across Asia. The twist is that they will be forgoing the celebrity treatment and living life as an everyman. The first stop on their adventure finds them in Tokyo as they must figure out how to navigate the train station, appear on a popular morning show and visit the top of Tokyo Tower. Now, when Shatner is involved you are assured some karaoke will be involved so watch as they take a bus trip to Mount Fuji. (NBC, 10pm ET/PT)
Born This Way: This documentary show follows the lives of seven individuals with Down Syndrome (at different levels) navigate life. Tonight we watch as Steen and Sean have a trial run at being roommates. At a fundraiser, John attempts to perform a new song that he hasn’t quite yet mastered. Megan comes back to LA for a job interview with Best Buddies, hoping to make solid plans for a future with her friends while being independent of her mother. Meanwhile, Elena and her mother struggle with the idea of putting her on medication. Tune in for some silliness, sadness, smiles and bittersweet moments (A&E, 10pm ET/PT)
Wednesday:
Real Housewives of New York: Well, we’ve reached the season finale and what a season it has been! Last episode found Bethenny finally speaking up to Luann about what she has on Tom. Well, the gang heads back to New York where Luann spends some time in a hotel to give her some perspective on what to do about her situation. Meanwhile, Dorinda confesses to Ramona that she received a threatening phone call from Tom about their sticky situation. Capping things off though on a high note, Bethenny throws a Mexican-themed party for the girls that happens to involve a piñata that is filled with 10K worth of jewelry!
Thursday:
60 Days In: Eight innocent civilians go undercover in our prison system. They may be in danger. They may be forced to do things they would never imagine. They may even be discovered. Tune in to see how these eight individuals discover what life in prison is really like – the good, the bad and the ugly. (A&E, 9pm ET/PT)
Behind Bars: Rookie Year: So, you’ve signed up to be a corrections officer. Well, it won’t be pretty. In fact, every day you will risk your life. Tonight is the Season Two premiere of this documentary series showing what life is like in your first year as a prison guard. You thought “Orange is The New Black” gave you an indication? Wait until you see it up close, personal and real life. (A&E, 10pm ET/PT)
Saturday:
Aquarius: This intense series is back from the Olympics hiatus and has two episodes in store. In the first episode (I’ll not tease the second since it relates to events in the first) finds Shafe facing his demons while left alone at the scene of a bloody crime. Mason starts a search for Emma that leads him to Hodiak’s doorstop. Hold on tight to your seats… (NBC, 9pm & 10pm ET/PT)
