Sunday:
Star Trek: Discovery – Live long and prosper. We pick up fifty years later after the iconic series begin with a new ship, new characters and new missions. Boldly go where no man has gone before with this new adventure. (CBS Access, 8:30pm ET/PT)
Monday:
The Big Bang Theory – That. Proposal. That. Phone call. Sheldon, we need to know if you’re seriously going to marry Amy or if this is just a ploy to keep her local! Tune in to the season premiere to find out if wedding bells are really going to ring! (CBS, 8pm ET/PT)
The Good Doctor – Shaun Murphy is about to undertake a difficult journey. It’s his first day as a doctor. Oh, and he’s autistic! Watch his unique approach to medicine and how he navigates the social structures of dealing with patients, parents and coworkers. (ABC, 10pm ET/PT)
Tuesday:
This Is Us – The big three are back! We left off in such a nail-biter last season that we don’t know where to imagine the show picking up! We lost Randall’s real dad. Toby had a heartattack. Kevin is working with director Ron Howard. And when are we going to find out how Jack dies?! Grab your tissues and hunker down. (NBC, 9pm ET/PT)
Brooklyn Nine-Nine – Jake and Rosa are in jail. In order to fit in, Jake is forced to join a prison gang while Rosa tries to seek favors from Holt and Terry. This can’t be good for the precinct, Santiago and (let’s face it) Boyle. Plus, is Gina really dating a hot Ryan Phillippe look alike? Spill it, girlfriend! (FOX, 9:30pm ET/PT)
Wednesday:
Survivor – Let the games begin! Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers are how the teams will be divided this season. Host Jeff Probsts welcomes a new cast of characters looking to survive, outwit and outplay one another on Mamanuca Island in Fiji. (CBS, 8pm ET/PT)
Empire – Have the Lyons been silenced? We last left Lucious memory-less in the hospital while doctor/love interest Demi Moore took over his care. With it being Empire’s 20thanniversary, can Cookie keep Lucious on a short leash when he wants to make his first public appearance? (FOX, 8pm ET/PT)
Thursday:
Will & Grace – They’re back…! Will and Grace are back on our screen and we’re as giddy as Jack on a coffee binge or Karen on an drinking binge! Tonight we watch as Will and Grace put their differences in political beliefs cause a rift. (NBC, 9:00pm ET/PT)
How to Get Away With Murder –Annalise’s house burned down. Wes was murdered. Laurel’s father put someone up to it. Where do we even begin to imagine what is in store for this new season of HTGAWM? We can’t. Tune in to see Annalise return home. (ABC, 10pm ET/PT)
Friday:
Hell’s Kitchen – If you can’t stand the heat…Why come back in? It’s a new season of Gordon Ramsay getting hot under the collar, but it’s familiar contestants returning! In this all-star season some of the most difficult chefs make their return to Hell’s Kitchen in an attempt for redemption. (FOX, 8pm ET/PT)
Marvel’s Inhumans – Much like the X-Men, the series takes a look at life as a superhuman with powers. Tune in to the premiere episode to watch the drama unfold as the royal family find themselves stranded in Hawaii as they ousted from their home by a coup. (ABC, 8pm ET/PT)
Saturday:
Saturday Night Live – It’s the season premiere and this year SNL has gone BIG! Watch as hunk extraordinaire and star of Blade Runner 2049 Ryan Gosling hosts and musical guest is rapper Jay-Z. Expect Gosling to play off his good looks and maybe even make a La La Land like sketch come to life! Bring it on SNL! (NBC, 11:29pm ET/PT)
