What To Watch This Week
By: Jamie Steinberg
Monday:
Mike & Molly: Tonight marks the return of new episodes in the final season of beloved comedy “Mike & Molly.” In the episode, Mike brings home a stray pup that Molly needs some time getting used to…especially when one of them begins giving Birdie all their attention and the bed! (CBS, 8pm ET/PT)
Reign: Our beloved Mary Queen of Scots is back! After a brief hiatus (and a new night change) we find the royal court almost ready for Charles’ coronation. As it quickly approaches, Mary discovers who is responsible for poisoning Elizabeth and Catherine. This may come at a cost though as she becomes a different kind of victim to the cunning killer. (The CW, 9pm ET/PT)
Tuesday:
Chicago Med: A sixteen year old girl arrives at the hospital with abdominal pain, but when Manning and Charles try to help the girl she refuses drugs. Meanwhile, a pregnant woman is doing all she can not to deliver her child. Meanwhile, Dr. Halstead gets a blast from the past when an old high school classmate crosses his path. And you thought Grey’s Anatomy came with drama! (NBC, 9pm ET/PT)
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: It’s part two of the finale and things are just heating up! Yolanda walked out at the end of the first night of the reunion and we’re interested in seeing where the drama picks up. From the teasers we know that there is a Kim Richards visit, a Brandi Glanville cameo and even a reveal of someone having been in an abusive relationship. Andy Cohen knows how to make the most out of these momentous occasions! (Bravo 9pm ET/PT)
Wednesday:
Survivor: Blindside. It’s happened a lot this season and last week was no different. Former NBA player Scot got a surprise boot thanks to Tai and now jaws must be picked up and the game must go on – though not before some punishment. Jason has vowed revenge for his fallen friend and we all know he means business. Let’s see who becomes the prey and who becomes the new alpha. (CBS, 8pm ET/PT)
Thursday:
Big Bang Theory: With an interesting pairing, Sheldon and Bernadette spend the night together as the rest of the friends find their way to a wine tasting party. Things get uncomfortable (as often is the cast on The Big Bang Theory) when Raj runs into Penny’s old boyfriend Zack, who has taken an interest in his date Claire. Tune in to see what level of awkward things get to in both sets of situations! (CBS, 8pm ET/PT)
Bones:
This week the team is busy investigating the decomposing body of a social worker that was found in the park. The evidence is odd though as it suggested that the killer may have lived with the body for months before they dumped it. Complications go from bad to worse when the team locate another set of remains with similar deadly circumstances. This links the victims to a serial killer who clearly had some sinister interactions with the victims and their bodies. Hoping to get some insight into the mind of the murder, Booth and Aubrey meet with a behavioral analyst. Meanwhile, Cam is having a personal struggle to figure out who and what she wants in her romantic life. (Fox, 8pm ET/PT)
Friday:
The Amazing Race: The thirst is real, people! As we get down to the final three, we face an epic (and dreaded) Double U-Turn! With Brodie and Kurt seeking to get back on top, we find the team clawing their way to the finale. Unfortunately, Brodie has to handle all of the remaining Road Blocks and the other teams think Kurt has been carrying Brodie the whole time. Let’s see which two teams get left in the dust and which one gets first to the mat! (CBS, 8pm ET/PT)
Saturday:
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Yes, I know this isn’t on a network, but there aren’t many great shows airing tonight so why not catch up on Season 2? We find Jaqueline struggling with her life as a single woman and dealing with a new nemesis in the form of Anna Camp. Tituss has some new arm candy and a hit one-man show. Kimmy seems to be floundering though as she attempts to manage her friendship with Jaqueline while juggling a job at a Christmas store. Her time in the bunker has left a mark on the queen of optimism though. Can she move on from those memories and do it with her ever infectious smile? We shall see. (Netflix)
Sunday:
Quantico: Things are hotter than a cat on a hot tin roof! This week, Alex and Ryan must work together on a case. Tension has never felt so sexual than when these two former flings find themselves reunited and having to put their heads together. (ABC, 10pm ET/PT)
