Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) I’d say dark pop

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, SZA

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Own Worst Enemy.”

A) As someone who has dealt with being her own worst enemy it was a pretty easy song to write. The song kinda wrote itself. I remember as soon as we had the first draft, I knew I was going to love that song. I think a lot of people can relate to that story.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) The honesty it has. I think the more honest you are with your lyrics; the more others will be able to connect with you.

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) I always like to have an idea, mood or feeling of what I want to write about. I get to the studio, we vibe to some beats or some artists that I’m feeling that day and I go from there.

Q) I know you’ve worked with some Grammy-award winning producers, but how much of a say do you tend to have in the production of your music?

A) I always tell them the vision I have for the production. I express what I would want me and the audience to feel while listening to it, and what kind of a story I want to write.

Q) With “Own Worst Enemy” out now, is this a prelude to an EP or a full album to come soon?

A) It is a single that’s a part of a full EP that’s going to be out soon!

Q) You’ve toured with the likes of Emblem3. Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) The whole tour I’ve gone on with emblem has been incredible! I can’t choose a favorite place since they all hold a special place in my heart. Every city holds a different memory, and I’m so grateful for them all.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) I would say Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber. It would be a dream come true.

Q) What artist/musician are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) I’ve been listening to Sabrina Carpenter a lot recently. I love her voice and her music is great.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) It allows me to connect with fans from all over the world. To be able to share my art and talk about it with people from all over.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) That I am so grateful for all their love and support. It means the world to me, and I can’t wait to share with them all that I’ve been working on!
