Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I am currently working on my original music! My single “Superpower” is on ITunes now! I did a really fun pilot at the beginning of this year called “Shortcomings” with Jerry Trainor. That was really cool because I’ve looked up to Jerry for a very long time! You can also look forward to seeing me on Nickelodeon’s “Knight Squad!”

Q) How do you get into character?

A) I always try to become the character and see everything through their perspective. So, when I’m preparing for a role, I begin to respond to things the way I believe the character would.

Q) We’ll also be seeing you in the upcoming series “Shortcomings.” Talk a little bit about working with Jerry Trainor.

A) The experience was incredible! I loved “iCarly” so much growing up. I would still call it my favorite show of all time! I learned a lot from him in the little time we spend filming it! I also got to work with a Nickelodeon friend Cooper Barnes. Mindy Sterling, Vonzell and Lauren Taylor were also super fun to work with. Ben Giroux is a super funny guy and I loved getting the opportunity to work with him.

Q) You often take on a lot of comedies. Is comedic timing something that comes naturally to you or have you had to work on it?

A) Comedy is super natural for me. As a matter of fact, I have a difficult time turning it off for dramatic roles.

Q) You also sing. Can you tell us more about your music? Will you have an album released in the near future?

A) I am so excited to release the new music I’ve been working on! You can expect some new music in the near future!

Q) What did you take away from your time working on “100 Things to Do Before High School?”

A) I have so much respect for Scott Fellows. He taught me so much and I loved being able to watch him work and work alongside him! Working with him on “100 Things” was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! I learned a lot about comedic timing and what goes into making such a big show. Single camera is NOT easy.

Q) You like to give back to the community. Can you tell us more about the organizations you’re involved with and why you’re passionate about them?

A) Life is Good has always been an extremely important part of my life. My dad has worked with them since I was a toddler and I love spreading positivity and optimism through my art, which is why I’m so passionate about the Life is Good Kids Foundation.

Q) Who would you most like to work with in the future?

A) I would love to work with Eddie Murphy, Beyoncé or China Anne McClain.

Q) What advice do you have for kids that want to get started in the entertainment industry?

A) My best advice is to BELIEVE! Know exactly what you want and then chase it! Don’t let others tell you what you can and can’t do. If you’re passionate about it, whatever IT may be, GO FOR IT!!!

Q) You are a part of social media. Do you enjoy the instant feedback to your projects from fans?

A) I love being able to communicate it fans. It’s probably the most rewarding part of what I do!

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) A massive thank you to everyone who supports me! I love you guys so much and I will continue to do everything I can to make you proud!
