Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) I would describe my sound as a R&B soul with a bit of pop.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) My Influences come from my parents, losing my dad at a young age showed me that life is short and to pursue everything you want and dream for. My mother has taught me that every day is a second you can achieve a new goal and to never waste a moment.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Energy.”

A) “Energy” is all about the music that comes from the heart, it’s soulful and inspiring. It’s not your typical love song, but rather an emotional and powerful call to my fans.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) “Energy: is like a mystery, when you listen to it I think everyone relates to someone they love or want to have in their lives. It’s a very powerful and a love needing song. I think that’s how they relate to it the best.

Q) How does the video for the track play into the message behind it?

A) The music video hasn’t been released yet but…this music video is I think my best music video. It’s simple and elegant and leaves a lot of room for imagination!

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) When I go into the studio it’s normally Hollywoodsos who is my co-writer and producer, Gregory Grinds who is my engineer and producer and myself it’s a really relaxing session we choose through beats and jump right into the booth and start “free styling” that’s how the writing happens!

Q) How much of hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I have a lot of say in the productions on all my tracks. It’s all in house!

Q) With such intensity to your music, how do you shake off a long day in the studio?

A) This might sound crazy, but I could live in the studio. I never get tired from it. It’s really just a second home to me.

Q) Will there be a full EP or album coming in the near future?

A) Yes, in 2021 there will be!

Q) With concerts currently on hold, what do you miss most about being on stage?

A) I live and thrive off of performing on stage. That’s kinda my reward for releasing music is when I’m able to see all my people and perform all my music live for them. I really miss performing!

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) There’s a lot of artists I would love to work with and collaborate with but to be more specific Drake, Chris Brown and SZA.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) My roster of music Is never the same. I could go from listening to opera one minute to hip hop the next. Right now, I’ve really been into Night Lovell!

Q) What advice would you give to up and coming musicians looking to get started in the music business?

A) My advice would be never stop. Do not give up when you fall. You’re going to fall and fall again that is life. As long as you get back up, you’ll achieve anything you put your mind to.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) Social media is really important for my supporters that aren’t near me. I love it because I can contact anyone in the world!

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys have constantly supported me in everything I do and I could never thank you enough!
