Q.  Besides the show “24,” are there any other current projects you are working on?

A.  An independent film called Tom 51.

Q.  Can you tell us a little bit about the movieTom 51 that you are working on and who you will be playing?

A.  I play a pizzeria owner, it’s pretty fun, a great role.  It’s a comedy about a young guy trying to keep jobs and he keeps getting fired.  All the jobs he gets fired from, fifty-one jobs.  It’s pretty funny, pretty good movie, I haven’t seen it yet so I really can’t comment too much on it.

Q.  What made you want to be a part of this project?

A.  I don’t know, I think it was a different role, like “24,” “Sopranos” and all the other stuff I’ve been doing.

Q.  How did you originally become involved with the show “24?”

A.  The executive producer had seen me in “The Sopranos” and he had seen me on the show and said “I’m going to give you a role on my show and we’ll figure it out,” and before you know it, he gave me the total opposite role that I did on “Sopranos.”  So, it was a pretty interesting casting choice that he made.

Q.  What’s it like getting to work with such an amazing cast on “24?”

A.  Oh it’s unbelievable, it’s great, everyone’s great.  It’s probably one of the best shows I’ve ever worked on.  Everybody does a great job, it’s just great.

Q.  Were you a fan of the show “24” before appearing on it?

A.  Actually no, right after I got cast I started watching it and during the first season I’ve been watching it and I’m hooked. It’s unbelievable, I don’t know how I never watched it.

Q. You’ve done writing and directing for The Boss and of course acting, is there anything else you’d like to try your hand at?

A.  Nah, nah I just want to start directing and producing, that’s basically what I want to do,  writing, directing and producing.

Q.  Do you have a most memorable moment from filming “24?”

A.  You know what, they’re all memorable.  It’s a really unbelievable show, just working with this cast is unbelievable.

Q.  Is there a show that you’re a fan of that you’d really like to appear on?

A.  Yeah, one of them is “The Shield” on FX, that’s basically what I watch.

Q.  What has been the highlight of your career so far to you?

A.  So far, my whole career has been a highlight.  I’m one of the luckiest actors in town, going from “The Sopranos” to “24.”  I did a show in Hawaii for a year called “Fantasy Island” with Malcolm McDowell and I did that for a year, that was pretty good.  “Sopranos” was unbelievable in any other way and probably “Sopranos” would be a highlight cuz it was such a phenomenon and it still is!

Q.  With the Academy Awards around the corner, what movie and actor are you really pulling for?

A.  You know what, I’ve seen The Aviator, I’ve seen Finding Neverland, I like Ray, I think Ray should win.  The movie should win, he should win, everything.  I think Ray was one of the best movies I’ve seen all year.

Q.  Is there anything that you would like to say to your fans and supporters?

A.  Yeah, keep watching me, it gets better and better and thank you very much!
