Q.  What are some of the recent projects that you’ve been working on?

A.  The TV show “Weeds” and I have a movie coming on August 25th called How To Eat Fried Worms

Q.  What can you tell us about the premise for How To Eat Fried Worms and about your character?

A.  It’s a really cute and fun movie about a boy who is the new kid at school.  He makes a bet and he says he can eat ten worms.  Then, pretty much the next day, he has to eat those ten worms.  The whole story is about him eating the worms and my character is Twitch.  He’s a character on the good guy’s team, on the kid who has to eat the worm’s team.  It’s just a crazy character, my hair is completely spiked straight up.  It’s really fun!

Q.  Why should viewers take the time to check out the film?

A.  I think people should take the time to see it because it’s a fun, good family movie.  It teaches kids ways how to deal with bullies and that bullies aren’t always bullies just because.  They are sometimes bullies because they get bullied as well.

Q.  How does the movie compare to the book?

A.  It’s a bit different because the book has less characters and the movie has a lot of characters.  I think there were eleven boys in all and the book only had about three.  In the book I think the boy has to eat fifteen worms and in the movie it is only ten.  There are a few differences but I think the basic story is the same.

Q.  Do you have a most memorable moment from working on the movie?

A.  There are plenty of them, because I was with all of these boys hanging out.  One really memorable moment was when we were doing a scene where we were hoisting up an American flag.  The rope got out of hand and the flag flew and almost hit the ground.  The director had to roll and jump and catch the flag.  That was really funny!

Q.  Since “Weeds” is such an adult show, what made you want to be a part of it?

A.  Well, I just auditioned for it and I got the part.  We thought it was a good role and my parents liked the writing on it.  I think it’s a fun show to work on and I like the whole cast.  It’s fun and even though it’s an adult show, I get very protected from most of it so it’s not that bad.

Q.  “Weeds” is starting it’s second season.  What can you tell us about what will happen with your character?

A.  A lot of crazy stuff, he gets a girlfriend and a whole bunch of other crazy stuff that you have to wait and see. He becomes popular in school, but everything else I think I will just keep quiet about and let you wait and see.

Q.  How has it been getting to work opposite of Mary Louise Parker?

A.  She’s really an amazing actress and she’s given me some really great advice on what to do and how to act.  I learn a lot from her, so it’s great working with her.

Q.  What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

A. In my spare time I like hanging out and playing video games, going on the Internet, surfing the web.  I swim a lot during the summer time and in the winter I ride my bike and I ride horses a lot, I have four horses.

Q.  Do you have a latest obsession?  Are you into any particular book, music group or activity?

A.  I like this online video game that I am really into.  I am not really that into music, so nothing like that.

Q.  What would you like to say to your fans and supporters?

A.  I would like to say don’t believe that I am anything like my characters that I play.  Even though you might think that from watching me, I am not, I am a completely different person.  Thank you for watching my work and being a fan of my work.
