Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I’m working on my music! I just released my song “Funny” and we’re filming the music video this month. I also have a couple other songs in the works and some secret projects.

Q) Your YouTube series “Chicken Girls” is going into their third season. What can you tease is in store for the coming season?

A) This season is filled with DRAMA. The girls are at the bottom of the food chain in high school and have to deal with even meaner girls. Luna has definitely met her match.

Q) There was also a Chicken Girls movie! How did that make you feel?

A) The Chicken Girls movie came out in June! It was so much fun to film and everyone on set was so nice! It was one of my first movies and I’ll never forget it.

Q) You are an incredible singer! How would you describe your sound?

A) Pop with some RnB. I really love soul music and try to incorporate it into my music.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Rihanna and Frank Ocean for sure.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Funny.”

A) I wrote the song about a complicated situation with a guy. He knows it’s about him too… awkward.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) Everyone can relate to not being able to tell whether your crush likes you or not. Love can be scary!

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) I usually get a track and then write to the track. Sometimes I’ll write poems, but for some reason having a track really inspires me.

Q) How much of hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) Oh, I’m in charge of almost everything. It’s my vision, my career and my team respects that.

Q) What can fans expect from a live Aliyah Moulden performance?

A) I really put a lot of effort into each performance and I think it shoes. I’ve been performing live since I was eight years old.

Q) Will there be a full EP or album coming in the near future?

A) YES!

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) I had a blast on “The Voice.” It was the coolest stage I’ve ever performed on. I don’t think anything will ever top that.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) Marteen! He’s so talented at such a young age it really inspires me to progress my artistry. I also love Khalid.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) I’ve been listening to a lot of old music lately – Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Hall & Oates. I go through periods where I like different types of music but that’s what I’ve been vibing with lately.

Q) You recently starred on “Young Sheldon.” What did you take away from working on the show?

A) I learned so much from that experience! It was my first network job and it was crazy to see things done in such a high caliber. It really inspired me to keep pushing forward.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) Stay tuned because I have exciting things in the works!!!!
