Q) Tell us a little bit about how you landed your role on the show “The Really Loud House” and the character you play.

A) I almost missed the audition.  My mom is always very on top of things, but this audition came in over the weekend and she missed it in her email.  It was due back that Monday morning early. It was a self-tape where I had to record the lines and then send back to the casting agent.  My mom was checking her email before we left for school and noticed the audition.  She told me it was for Lucy Loud and due in an hour.  She called Theresa, my acting coach, who was in her studio early and we literally went straight there at 7:45 am before school in my uniform to do the tape.  I had no time to prepare or memorize the lines and just did it!  My mom got a call a week later that they wanted me for a producer session the next day!  In the producer session the director, Jonathan Judge, was there. He was great and we did some improvisation with the role of Lucy and ran the lines!  The best part was my older sister, Catherine, got the audition for Luan Loud the next day, but I don’t think they realized we were sisters!  The rest is history!!!!!  The best way I would describe is that she is spooky, mysterious, very smart, and unique.  You will also see in this series that she has some magical powers and is epic at scaring people!

Q) What kinds of conversations did you have with directors Johnathan Judge and Carlos González to help you in getting into character?

A) I have been so lucky to work with some incredible directors on this series and they are all so nice.  Jonathan and our on-set acting coach Anthony will talk to me usually before each big scene and have me run it with them so they can see my acting choices.  They will then give me suggestions and other options so we can play the scene different ways with different comedic choices.  I usually will record the scene a couple different ways.  Johnathan likes to improv during scenes which makes filming a lot of fun and I learn so much!  Getting into character is easy. As soon as the Lucy costume is on and my eyes are covered, I go into full chill Lucy mode.

Q) In what ways do you feel you are like your character and in what ways do you differ?

A) Lucy and I are very different, but we are also the same. Lucy and I have lots in common. For example, I really enjoy scary and dark things and spooky celebrations. I also especially love scaring people and the crew on set. I also love Halloween and was born Halloween night.  Like Lucy, I love to read, and I love EDWIN!  Like me, Lucy is also wise beyond her years. Lucy does not show a lot of emotion but underneath her calm exterior she does have a mischievous side. Even though Lucy and I have lots in common, I think it’s really important to be different from your character so I can incorporate some of my personality into her.  I am a lot more free-spirited than Lucy and much more high energy in real life. I am also very silly at times and love joking around with my friends.

Q) What is it like working on a set full of kids around your own age?

A) Working with a set full of kids is the best part of working on “The Really Loud House. “I have literally a second family with eleven kids or young adults!  The craziest part is that my actual older sister Catherine is Luan Loud, so we get to work together, which is so cool.  We sometimes get in sibling arguments, but it is great for us to work and support each other. I also have a new group of best friends. This cast and crew are the best.  We really all love each other and have become a family.  It makes being away from home so much easier having friends around to play with and go to school with on set!  I feel very lucky to be on this show and to work with all of them. And I love my on-set parents and the crew so much too!!

Q) What has been one of your favorite moments about working on “The Really Loud House?”

A) Hmmm, well that’s a hard one. Every moment on this production is one to cherish and remember. One moment that really sticks out to me is having to film a scene in a super long episode, nine and ten.  I get to impersonate one of my sisters’ styles (SPOILER ALERT) and may have a new creature that will give Edwin a run for the money! I also may have a few of Lucy’s school friends joining a few episodes and they were fun to work with (SPOILER ALERT AGAIN!). I also got to work with some incredibly well known and talented people who were the best at giving advice and support. Getting to work with people who know more than you is such a good way to learn. I personally think people can always learn more from those who know more. So, when I get older, I want to do the exact thing and teach others by example.

Q) Which episodes are you excited for fans to watch?

A) I am super pumped for everyone to watch every episode, but an episode with some “cheese” really sticks out to me in so many ways.  You will get to see another side of Lucy… *wink* I got to work very closely with some new young actors in this episode.

Q) You are a part of social media. Are you looking forward to fans reaching out and interacting with you about the show?

A) I am active on social media, especially Instagram and love it when the fans interact with me.  They are all super-supportive and “The Really Loud House” fans are the absolute best.  I am excited to hear their feedback on the show and Lucy! I can’t wait to be thirteen years old so TikTok won’t keep shutting down my account!  But I do have an official Instagram account and you can find me at @aubinbradleyofficial

Q) What do you think it is about this new series that will make it a fast fan favorite?

A) I think everything about this show will make it a fast fan favorite. One thing I really love about the Live-Action series is seeing the incredible live-action transformations and the fun hair, makeup, and super-cool outfits! Most importantly, “The Really Loud House” has the heart and humor that I loved about the animated series growing up. Now I love to see that incorporated into this show with some extra bedazzle. Our Showrunner Tim Hobert and Director Jonathan Judge have been so true to the cartoon and the characters but have also allowed our characters to grow and show a more relatable human side. This series will really make the kids and especially the parents laugh.

Q) Aside from “The Really Loud House,” are there any upcoming projects that you can share with us?

A) Well…Yes! I am so excited for some of my other projects to come out and more importantly excited for the fans to see them. I was just on “The Watcher” – the number one mini-series on Netflix streaming right now. I was so honored to be a part of it and the story actually happened close to where I live in real life. I also have an animated series coming out soon where I voice a cute bunny named Coco on the brand-new American version of “Bing” on Cartoon Network.  I absolutely love voice-over recording and this show is a fan favorite in many other countries and now I can’t wait to bring it to the United States. You will also see me next in the upcoming Apple TV+ dramatic series “Hello Tomorrow!” which takes place in this cool retro-future world.

Q) What would you like to say to your fans and supporters?

A) There are countless things and I have a never-ending amount of gratefulness and respect for every fan. I would always most importantly want to say “Thank You!” and thank them for every edit, every DM, every post, slide or story because I see them and most of the time I love to like and comment! So, to any of my fans out there, “Thank you for your everlasting amount of support. It truly means a lot to me.”
