Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) A lil Ape mixed with a lil Rich Sad Boy vibes.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Suigeneris, Juice Wrld, Lil Skies, Eminem and too many more to mention.

Q) You’re the first NFT to be released as a music video. What does this accomplishment mean to you?

A) It was very important to me, I had to be first! I had to set the standards, then with my last release, we re-raised the bar even higher. I was so honored to be the first. Definitely got some people upset though.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Plastic.”

A) I was at the studio and the boy Suigeneris pulled up and we went shopping, He spent 3M on clothes that day and then we went back to the studio and made this song.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) Most of the fans are degens like me, so they easily connect with the song. I love my degen lifestyle. It is the only thing that I know.

Q) The video (directed by Themis “Reit” Chrysafidis) is pretty damn epic with over 25 Bored Ape NFTS included! How did you settle on the selection you used?

A) It was very hard really, but we partnered with Bored Jobs which helped us secure the entire cast. They set out a casting call to the apes signed up on their website and got them all secured.

Q) Jimbo and Suigeneris handled the lyrics for “Plastic.” How did the two of you come together to work on the track?

A) I’ve known Dream Addix, the producers, for some time and they introduced us as they knew we would hit it off. Suigeneris and I work great together, and we have a lot of bangers ready to release.

Q) What is your songwriting process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) It’s not always the same. For the most part, I hear a beat I like, vibe with it and then start writing. Other times I have songs that I want to create, and I get involved in the whole process even the beat-making.

Q) Dream Addix lent a hand in the production of “Plastic,” but how much of a say do you tend to have in the production of your music?

A) It is always different for sure, I got a lot of respect for my producers, and Dream Addix are one of the ones I trust the most. They only have some platinum records lol. Besides that they get me and know exactly what I want.

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

A) We are working on it right now and planning on releasing it sometime in Q2 next year.

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) Technically I haven’t performed yet, but I have done some Metaverse shows for the release of Plastic at the BrokeBoyz Metaverse.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) I have not really given that much thought yet as I am meeting people and artists.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) I listen to a lot of music. Right now I was listening to some Juice Wrld nonstop and since we lost Takeoff I have been listening to a lot of Migos.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) I do not have fans, I have Frens. They are the ones that I do it for. They help me when I need them, and I am there for them. We have fun together; we spend together, and we lose and get rugged together.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I love you frens, and I love everyone that puts work and effort into making my magic come to life as I dream it.
