Q) What was it about “High’rd Help” that really made you want to be a part of it?

A) The fact that it had characters from the LGBTQ community was real cool to me. It’s a topic that the characters never discussed in the series yet is always there, which I really like because it takes away the stereotypes LGBTQ people have been given and allows you to focus on the fact that they are simply human beings with emotions and everyday problems like anyone else. It didn’t hurt that it was really funny, too.

Q) Was there anything you added to your role as Clooney that wasn’t originally scripted for you?

A) Not really, maybe his sense of humor and some small things here and there. But the script was really well written to begin with so it really wasn’t needed.

Q) Clooney kissing Jane has Ava left feeling betrayed by her friends. What is running through Clooney’s mind?

A) F.M.L.

Q) Clooney kisses Jane, but says it wasn’t because he has feelings for her. Is Clooney being honest with Ava and himself?

A) I think he is. Clooney has never shown any “serious interest” in Jane (to his knowledge) and cares too much for his friends to do something like that on purpose. Clooney generally speaks his mind and I think would have admitted to Ava (Carina Newton) if he had feelings for her.

Q) Billy knew about Clooney and Jane. Does Clooney feel guilty about putting her in the middle of their friendship?

A) Absolutely he does. The last thing he wants is for Ava and Billy’s (Ellie Mamatis) friendship to suffer because of something he did.

Q) Clooney is/was Ava’s best friend since childhood. Do you think the two of them can get past this?

A) I think so. Clooney would like nothing more than to make amends with Ava as soon as possible, but he knows how much he hurt her. He will respect her space until things start to calm down.

Q) What do you think Clooney has learned from Ava having Charlie as a guardian angel?

A) I think Clooney has learned how strong a friendship the three really have. I mean, an angel came to Ava and she trusts telling them about it. Plus, her valuing her friends’ opinions more than Charlie’s (AN ANGEL) says something.

Q) What were some of your most memorable moments from filming “High’rd Help?”

A) The whole thing was memorable. It was such a fun cast and crew. When we weren’t filming we were just joking around with each other. Everything was really relaxed and stress free, expect maybe when pickles made their way to set.

Q) What do you want to be sure fans know about Clooney?

A) Pickle jokes are not funny.

Q) How can fans help get a Season 2 for “High’rd Help?”

A) The best way is to just show us that you like it. If we know people are enjoying it, we feel a lot stronger about continuing. Check out the “High’rd Help” Facebook page and Tumblr. Like or comment on our stuff to let us know!
