Good Witch – The Honeymoon

Sam (James Denton) and Cassie (Catherine Bell) are enjoying their honeymoon drinking wine and eating chocolate cake. The host of the place, Erin (Devon MacDonald), shows up with more wine for them and they share a lovely conversation. Suddenly, the woman freezes up when seeing someone arrive in a limousine. The couple immediately picks up on her discomfort and when they ask her about it she confirms that her brother has just arrived and she was not expecting him.

 

Back in Middleton Grace (Bailee Madison) tells Vincent (Gianpaolo Venuta) about her boyfriend Noah (James Rittinger) who has moved to New York and is supposed to travel to Middleton that weekend to see her. The girl seems to be pretty excited about it and confesses that even though they live far from each other they are trying to make it work.

 

Martha (Catherine Disher) shows up for the talk show audition and meets another woman (Lada Darewych) who is there for the same reason. The woman confesses that she was nervous, but now that she knows that Martha will be auditioning as well she is way more concerned about her chances of getting the job. The ex-mayor provides her some tips to work on her confidence, but when she is called for the audition herself she freezes up as soon as the red light turns on and no words come out of her mouth.

 

Sam and Cassie sadly found out that it’s very likely that the vineyard won’t be there the next year according to Erin’s brother plan. In the meantime, Noah has decided to break up with Grace over the phone. Although the girl tries to do what she can to stop it from happening, the decision has been made.

 

Picking up on Grace’s recently mood for baking, Abigail (Sarah Power) is able to figure out that something is not right with the girl. She ends up confessing about her break up with Noah and is wishing not to feel the way she does.

 

Later that day Abigal tells Stephanie (Kylee Evans) that she has no idea why people are canceling their attendance to her fundraiser. Stephanie tells her that Donovan (Marc Bendavid) has decided to have his on the same day too and that might be the main reason.

 

Nick (Rhys Matthew Bond) meets with Tyler (Mickeey Nguyen) at the bistro. Tyler confesses that he knows he moved to the “Grey House” and tells him a story about the ghost of a woman that lives there. However, when Nick doesn’t believe on his words he dares him to go and find her together. Martha meets with Abigail and tells her about her failed audition, but the other woman makes sure to remind her how good she is. Vincent pays a visit to the bistro and while talking to Stephanie they find out that both have more in common that they initially thought.

 

Abigail visits Donovan to demand an explanation about the new trick he is playing on her but, as usual, the man uses his sarcasm to bother her. He even suggests that they should join forces in order to raise as much money as they can for both of their causes. In order to decide in which city hall they would do it they flip a coin that gives the victory to Abigail.

 

Abigail asks Vincent to help her carry some boxes to the city hall where the fundraiser will take place. When they arrive at the place he meets with Stephanie and she finds that he won’t be attending the event since he has tickets to see the Blairsville Blasters game. He invites her to go with him, but she tells him that maybe if he finds another activity as fun as the game she will do it.

 

Sam and Cassie are walking through the vineyard when they see Erin who looks worried that the crop has not turned as she expected. She confesses that they have had two bad harvests in a row and Cassie says that maybe this year’s will be the charmed.

 

Martha is still trying to convince Abigail to let her help with the fundraising, but the girl lets her know that she has everything covered. Right that moment, Martha gets a phone call from Theodore (Jerry Levitan) saying that they won’t move forward with her audition.

 

Sam talks to Connor (Dennis Andres), who is Erin’s brother, about how he used to feel burnt out about his work and decided to change it all to spend more time with his son. Connor confesses that he loves the haste of New York, the meetings and the suits, but he has started to feel burnt out as well. Erin shows up and tells him to stop bothering his guests and then Connor mentions that he has found someone to buy the vineyard. The woman says that it is not for sale and leaves the place looking sad.

 

Nick and Tyler have started their hunt for ghosts when they meet with Grace who does not take their hunt seriously. She says that if they need her she will be at the kitchen baking some muffins and Nick tries to talk to her about her recent breakup with Noah, but she replies that she feels just fine.

 

Back at Middleton’s city hall Donovan has decided to open the event with a brief introduction and then calls for Abigail to give her speech. The woman confesses that she had no idea that she had to prepare a speech, but what she does know is that when people combine their strength they may accomplish great things.

 

Erin, Connor’s daughter (Alexandra Chaves), Sam and Cassie are gathered around a bonfire and having some fun roasting marshmallows. Connor shows up and tells Erin that he has filed a petition to divide the vineyard since he is interested in selling his part and the woman is not. Suddenly, the man starts to grab his left arm and Sam offers to give him a quick check up just to be sure everything is alright. When they are alone Sam can tell that this is not the first time that Connor has experienced that kind of symptom so he tells him to be careful because the next time he might have a heart attack.

 

At the city hall Martha tries to make Theodore to give her a second chance to audition, but the man says that it won’t be fair for the other contestants. When it’s time to call for the attendees to offer donations, Martha has to step up since the man in charge doesn’t feel so well and she does it with such grace that Theodore is blown away by it.. He decides to offer her the job as the host of his new talk show.

 

At the vineyard the group find out that Alex has disappeared and Cassie manages to figure out that she might be at a swing that the girl wanted to take a picture at earlier in the day. So, they all go in search of her and find her. When watching the swing, Connor and Erin remember when they were kids just playing there so Sam, Cassie and Alex decide to give them some time to talk.

 

At the Grey House Nick is suddenly left alone when the lights of the house start to flicker. Then, he hears the voice of a woman calling for someone named “Clementine” just as Tyler had predicted would happen. On the other side of the city Donovan and Abigail share a small talk while eating muffins together.

 

When the light is back on at the Grey House, Nick is surprised that Tyler is gone and Grace didn’t hear a thing. Tyler comes back, but he confesses that he just realized that there’s no such thing as ghosts and that he believes that it was Grace who called for “Clementine.” However, the girl assures them that she didn’t have anything to do with it.

 

Adam (Scott Cavalheiro) shows up at the fundraiser and asks Stephanie out, but she tells him that she doesn’t want to be the rebound girl and declines his invitation. Erin and Connor share some time alone and recall of their younger days. He confesses to his sister that he hates New York as much as his daughter Alex does.

 

Donovan congratulates Abigail on her success hosting the fundraiser. They start to flirt with each other and when they are about to kiss Martha interrupts them making Donovan leave. She also tells Abigail to stop playing with fire.

 

Vincent confronts Grace about her recent break up and tells her that she should allow herself to feel the pain in order to heal otherwise, she would have to keep baking.

 

Sam and Cassie are thanking Erin and Connor for having them for their honeymoon when Alex comes running up saying that the grapes are back and looking better than ever. Connor decides right that moment that they should put the sale on hold.

 

Cassie is back at home and spending some time with Grace and Abigail. Grace tells them that she has decided to allow herself to grieve over her breakup and Abigail says that she is not alone. The three of them decide to watch a movie and enjoy their time together.
