Q) How would you describe your sound?

 

A) Pop with dance infusion and 80s vibes!

 

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

 

A) Lady Gaga, Ed Sheeran and Olivia Rodrigo.

 

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “No More What If.”

 

A) “No More What If” is the story of leaving home to find yourself and to find your future. My next single, “Cannot Tell a Lie,” is also just as personal. All of my songs spread messages of being empowering, finding yourself and being okay with that.

 

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

 

A) It’s realistic and it’s relatable.

 

Q) How does the video for the track play into the message behind it?

 

A) The video shows the entire storyline of the song. It exactly plays out the song’s lyrics.

 

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

 

A) My ideas come from life experiences. I’m fortunate to get to collaborate with other producers and songwriters who can really help me bring those ideas to life. Sometimes the music comes before the lyrics and vice versa.

 

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

 

A) I’ve worked with many producers but my current go-to producer, Cindy Valentine, is very giving and allows me to have the input to express and participate.

 

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

 

A) Absolutely! My next single “Cannot Tell A Lie” was released alongside a video with cameos from legendary actor Johnny “Roastbeef” Williams and a few TikTok influencers. The album will be coming out late March 2022!

 

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

 

A) Milwaukee, at the Summerfest grounds, which is where I grew up and where my first ever concert was. I also recently performed at LA Fashion Week, which is also significant because fashion is such a big part of my life.

 

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

 

A) Ed Sheeran would be a perfect artist to collaborate with in the future!

 

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

 

A) Ashnikko is on repeat a lot. Her songs are a vibe for sure!

 

Q) You’re incredibly inspirational to those who have Tourette’s. What advice would you give to others hoping to become a musician but struggling with Tourette’s?

 

A) Know that you are unique and one of a kind. Just keep doing you.

 

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

 

A) I want my fans to see that I’m just like them. I want to be relatable, and I want them to see that I’m quirky and share the fun I’m having!

 

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

 

A) I am beyond grateful that they are all on this journey with me. Thank you so much for everything!
