As Harper adjusts (Myha’la Herrold) to her new humble abode in Yasmin’s (Marisa Abela) house, the relationship between Harper and Yasmin is going to be tested on the professional and personal level. Harper continues to tell Yasmin that she intends to pay her way through their living arrangements yet Yasmin will not hear of it. Meanwhile, Pierpoint is currently in crisis as Felim Bicham (Andrew Buchan) has stopped trading with them. Eric (Ken Leung) proposes to the interns and employees to do what it takes to retain their current clients. Seeing opportunity, Eric asks Harper to come up with a good pitch to present in the next meeting of an option they can sell their clients on.

While Harper is all about business, Yasmin tries to push Greg (Ben Lloyd-Hughes) in Harper’s direction for a bit of fun. Unbeknownst to Harper, Yasmin has decided to have Greg over to join her, Harper and Seb (Jonathan Barnwell) for dinner. But Harper has bigger issues to deal with as she is volleyed between helping Daria (Freya Mavor) to prep for her client Aubrey Lewis (Pip Carter) and having Eric convincing her to create an effective option. Inevitably, Harper is late to the dinner but still manages to capture Greg’s attention and build tension between her and Yasmin as Yasmin is now jealous of Harper’s success with Eric. But her issues with Harper are not the only thing that is bothering Yasmin as her own love life with Seb continues to suffer in his inability to give Yasmin what she wants. This manifests into her flirtation with Robert (Harry Lawtey) being taken up a notch at the gym when she deliberately toys with speeding up the treadmill that Robert is running on.

Since the restructuring of Gus’s (David Jonsson) department he is now working with Robert, who is still trying to find ways to impress his boss Clement (Derek Riddell). When an opportunity arises to join him for lunch, Gus and Robert join him and learn of his meeting with his long-time client Kasper Zenden (Kåre Conradi). Clement needs both Gus and Robert to help keep his Kasper’s advisor Usman Abboud (Amir El-Masry) busy while Clement and Kasper talk business. Robert seems to flounder a little at knowing about Clement’s business while Gus picks up the challenge. Robert is built more for being able to show people a good time, evidenced by his eagerness to help Harper improve her dating life by re-working her profile.

After a rather loveless dinner, Yasmin heads into work the next day informing her superior Kenny (Conor MacNeill) about Daria’s upcoming meeting with Aubrey Lewis and how Harper will be there to pitch. Apparently Harper’s option impressed Eric and now he has asked Harper to offer that very idea to Aubrey. Infuriated, Kenny demands that Daria allow Yasmin to sit in on the meeting as his department should have been handling Aubrey’s meeting. Daria agrees, but things go awry as both Yasmin and Harper butt heads in the meeting. Harper loses out on her time to pitch to Aubrey, yet Eric offers her a second chance when he distracts Daria long enough for Harper to call the client and pitch her option. While reluctant at first, Aubrey accepts the option and asks Harper to take care of his request. Another success for Harper.

During dinner with Clement and Kaspar it seems Robert feels as though he has failed in trying to keep Usman’s attention. Gus clearly seems to be on his game. But when Clement and Kasper leave the table, both Gus and Robert learn that Usman only puts up a clean front in front of Kasper to look good. Usman is much more of a party person that he lets on, something that Robert decides to use to his advantage when he suggests they go out to the club and let loose. In the club Gus gets angry that Robert has resorted to party-boy ways to entertain Usman and after one too many drinks leaves in a cab. But instead of going home, Gus ends up at Theo’s (Will Tudor) where he pushes his way in and initiates sex while Theo’s spouse Alice is upstairs.

Robert’s meddling in Harper’s profile leads her to a meeting with Will Hunt (George Webster), who looks like he stepped off the field from a football game. Harper and Will hit it off and head back to Harper’s place to have sex, which Yasmin overhears. Once they’re done Harper shows Will to the door, seeing Yasmin sitting in the living room as they say goodbye. Before Will leaves he provides Harper with some marijuana and she entices Yasmin to join her in getting high. As they sit outside Yasmin finally decides to charge Harper rent so that they do not damage their friendship or professional life. An agreement is reached as they continue to bond on the patio.
