Lego Masters – Season 3, Episode 5

Tonight’s episode of Fox’s Lego Masters has a dog named Remington help Will Arnett host the show. Several other dogs join them because this week is all about the pups!
Each team has a dog join them as a model for their next challenge. There will then be a dog show to show off their work.
Stephen and Stephen get Blaze the Dalmatian, who will be in the crawling position.
Liz and Erin get Maggie the Puli and they will focus on her fur.
Emily and Liam have Tank the English Bulldog. They try to work, but keep getting kisses.
Dom and Ethan have Steel the Dachshund and plan on using the SNOT technique to build their model.
Jon and Xavier have Murph the French Bulldog.Their plan is to capture his ears and face….the latter at the request of Amy.
Partway through, Will and Remington announce a twist….there is a five minute cuddle break!
Nick and Stacey have Pippin the Corgi
Brendan and Greg have Mikey the Boston Terrier. They both think this will be a good challenge for them because they have experience with this kind of build.
Dave and Emily have Tap the Papillon. Emily thinks she has an advantage because she has experience building with dogs.
Austin and Justin have the Collins the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They take a risk by making it look more mechanical.
Dom and Ethan run into issues when their dog’s head falls off. They work on making it sturdier.
Emily and Liam struggle and debate about using the Golden Brick.
Justin and Austin must rebuild their dog legs.
Austin and Justin also have issues with the dog head.
Before long, time is up. Emily and Liam use the Golden Brick since they aren’t happy with their final product. They are safe from elimination.
The dog show begins, but not before Remington runs away.
The show is a mixed bag of success. Dom and Ethan’s dog falls apart and despite having to fix it, they end up carrying it down the runway. The same thing happens with Jon and Xavier and Emily and Liam.
As an aside, Will is very sweet when he sees how upset Dom and Ethan are about the dog falling apart
Nick and Stacey’s corgi does butt wiggles,which is adorable. It makes me miss my corgi Zach, who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2016.
Stephen and Stephen, Brendan and Greg and Austin and Justin are in the top three, with Brendan and Greg winning the challenge.
Sadly, Dom and Ethan and Jon and Xavier are in the bottom two.
Jon and Xavier are eliminated.
