Q) Your sound is kind of a mix of rap, hip-hop and rock. How would you describe the sound of the music that you make?

 

A) It’s alternative rock with a twist of some urban elements. It’s honestly just a journey into my mind.

 

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

 

A) Nirvana, Elliot Smith and Lil Peep – all the different generations of sad boys.

 

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Angelic.”

 

A) I mean it’s pretty much a classic heartbreak story. Boy meets girl and it doesn’t go as planned…

 

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

 

A) I think it’s extremely honest, so people relate to that.

 

Q) How does the video for the track play into the message behind it?

 

A) I believe the video illustrates the loneliness I felt while writing the song.

 

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

 

A) I usually write the music first and then the melody and then the lyrics.

 

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

 

A) This song was mostly all me. It’s just me and an acoustic guitar.

 

Q) You’ve recently released a number of singles, but will there be a full album or EP coming soon?

 

A) Yes, there are two albums coming out this year alone.

 

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

 

A) Germany, England and Mexico are all really cool places to perform. They treat you with a lot more respect.

 

Q) You’ve worked with a number of incredible artists. Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

 

A) I would love to collaborate with Billy Corgan or Tyler, the Creator one day.

 

Q) What artist/musician are you currently listening to and why do you dig them? 

 

A) Right now, I’m listening to Joey Badass a lot. He’s so dope for real.

 

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

 

A) It’s direct contact and they get a chance to message with you every day.
