Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) I feel like my sound has a sense of depth to it. Regardless of if it’s an edgy song like “In My Thoughts” or a more upbeat song like “Microwave,” I feel like my style is soulful.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Billie Eilish, The Weeknd and Chase Atlantic! I absolutely love these artists and the unique styles they bring to the table. When I listen to their songs, I feel something within myself and to me that is the most crucial thing an artist should make an audience feel.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Microwave.”

A) This song is about the reminiscence of old times, growing as a person and finding myself along with finding the right people in my life. I speak on important values like trust and loyalty, which have been traits that’ve been hard to find in others. The story progresses as the song goes and by the chorus, I express the idea that I’ve figured things out, started fresh claimed my future.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) I feel like everyone goes through points in life where they try and find the right people to surround themselves with as well as an internal realization of themselves. We all reflect on old memories and this song can even bring a sense of nostalgia.

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) First, I receive my track from my producer and right from there I get in a session with my co-writer, and we write the melody and lyrics! We come up with a concept that is personal to me and piece things together. The magic just flows at that point!

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I do-write my music, but as far as production goes, I don’t handle that aspect. My team is amazing, so I trust them with that!

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

A) Yes!! I’m currently in the works of my second song in my upcoming EP, which will be dropping soon. It’s been an incredible experience being able to make so much music.

Q) After a long day in the studio, how do you shake it off?

A) My days in the studio, honestly, aren’t that long because of how efficient my team and I work! I always have a blast and am even sad I have to leave so soon. Being in the studio doesn’t even feel like work.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) I know this is a stretch…but I’d absolutely love to collab with Chase Atlantic. We have the same kind of style, and they actually inspire a lot of my music. I love them.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) Chase Atlantic! They have such a cool indie/edgy vibe, and their songs really speak to me. They’re voices have so much depth. Combined with the cool melodies and instrumentals, their music is really amazing.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) Social media is an opportunity for me to share my craft and show people what I love to do. I’m able to express myself even when live-streaming, and I love that I can give my audience a sneak peak of my life and my passions.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) Honestly, just a huge thank you for supporting my journey. I’m inspired everyday by the people who lift me up and are there cheering me on. I love and appreciate you all!
