Valentine’s Day is here and the pressure to get it just right has Arthur (Bobby Lee) stressed out. In fact, while visiting the doctor he finds out his blood pressure is 160/100 (even though he thinks it is a good thing) and is asked by the doctor if he is under any stress. It turns out that Valentine’s Day has him worried and living up to Camille’s (Lindsay Price) expectations has him freaked out. Instead of prescribing him medicine, the doctor suggests that he and Camille go see a couples counselor to help him through the stress he is feeling.

While talking to Martin (Oliver Hudson) we hear Arthur confess that he is stressed about the big day and fills him in on what the doctor said. Martin is relieved that he no longer has to worry about that and can just relax and treat it like any other day. Pushing Arthur to tell Camille about therapy, Martin helps him write a note because Arthur’s hands are shaking out of fear.

Lena (Jenna Fischer), Maya (Diane Farr), and Camille all get together to do yoga as they talk about Valentine’s Day. Maya is going to be hanging out at home, Camille is thinking about whether or not her passport is renewed and Lena says she is thinking about making Martin dinner, specifically lamb rack. The other two are surprised to learn that Lena wants to do this but she reassures them it is because she still loves Martin, even if they are not together.

Arthur finally goes to talk to Camille, but she is completely missing the point. She thinks he is talking in code words to surprise her, but he finally fesses up and says that he’s been stressed. Naturally, she gets offended because he is implying that she is the reason he is sick. One thing leads to another and Arthur decides to leave home. When he tries to take their dog, Camille refuses and they end up stressing the dog out to the point that he falls asleep because of his narcolepsy.

Martin is surprised to learn that Lena wants to cook him dinner and isn’t convinced it’s as friendly and casual as she says. When she says that they still love each other he brushes it off, but they decide they’re going to have dinner as friends and just be casual and chill. When they go into the living room they find Arthur there who informs them he will be crashing there for now. Considering how much Arthur does on a daily basis for Camille, he continues to cater by giving everyone crushed ground pepper during dinner. After dinner Martin leaves to go to the garage, but Lena stops him to ask about Arthur. However, there is no room in the garage and Arthur wants to sleep in the house.

Meanwhile, Camille is catching up with Gun-Woo (Lance Lim) who reminds her that Arthur did everything for her. Wanting to ignore him, she ends the call and looks over at all of Arthur’s things on the bed and starts missing all the things he did for her. Back at the house all three kids find mint chocolates on their pillows, something that Arthur did for Camille before bed. He also liked to read her Chrissy Teigen tweets and while Mason (Van Crosby) and Mae (Olivia Keville) refuse, Milo (Sander Thomas) lets him continue the tradition. The next morning Lena wakes up to find that Arthur has done all the chores plus more. She’s surprised to learn that Camille never helps out and that Arthur was the one who did everything.

The Valentine’s Day dinner arrives and Lena sets up the table to look all fancy and Martin asks her once again how all of this is casual. Unfortunately for Lena, it seems Arthur decides to join them but then gets up disheartened when he starts missing Camille. The next morning Camille comes to the house eager to find out where Arthur is and is unhappy to learn that he’s been staying there. Lena reminds her that she is goofing really hard because Arthur is such a nice guy that does so much for her. This prompts Camille to do something she never has done before–be selfless!

Later that night, while Arthur is helping Mason with Valentine’s Day stuff, Camille shows up on the front lawn singing a song to him. The two finally make up after Camille confesses she’s been too hard on him all these years and promises to be better. It appears love is in the air after all because Lena becomes more smitten after learning that Martin has handled a lot of the chores for her. The love only grows when he slides over a heart-shaped candy that has the words “Luv ya 2” on them.
