The episode starts at the reality show, “Lust Conquers All,” that Jamie (Phil Dunster) is a part of as a contestant. He´s facing off with Danthony (Miguel Harichi) and one of them is leaving the competition. To everyone´s surprise it is actually Jamie the one that gets kicked out. He´s already making an appearance talking with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. They also ask him about his decision to leave Man City at the start of their season. He says that he hopes to go back thought if the club´s director Vinai Ahuja (Emilio Doorgasingh) will have him; however, that hope is immediately crushed after they show a clip of him saying is never going to happen. He goes back to his agent Uri (Raffaello Degruttola), but as expected no club wants him. His agent then introduces him to Tracey (Lucy Black), a new talent agent. Back at Richmond´s field Ted (Jason Sudeikis) asks Coach Beard (Brendan Hunt) if he slept there, which is correct. Nathan (Nick Mohammed) walks in asking Coach to smell a towel and immediately calls Will (Charlie Hiscock) in and advises for him not to make changes that can throw off a player´s head space.

Outside Keeley (Juno Temple) has just arrived at the club. Roy (Brett Goldstein) gave her a ride and she asks him if he wants to come in and say hi but he refuses. They hear Ted´s voice as he is riding a big lawn mower. She says hi and then Roy rushes out of there. Ted and Keeley spot Dr. Sharon (Sarah Niles) riding her bike and it turns out she was signed up for the rest of the season but Ted didn´t know that. Ted comes in to the office asking Higgins (Jeremy Swift) if he hired her without running it by him first, but as Director of Football Operations that´s not how it works. Ted tries to bond with Dr. Sharon by gifting her the same biscuits he gives Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham), but she doesn´t eat sugar. She then calls him out for trying to connect with her the same way he does with everybody else.

We follow Roy to his gig as the coach of a girl´s football team. Unfortunately, they lost and he´s trying to make sure they know but they´re nine years old and could not care. Then, Phoebe (Elodie Blomfield) asks if it´s time for trophies. Roy goes home to find Keeley getting off to his retirement video where he’s crying. He´s shocked but Keeley assures him that being passionate is very hot, so she insists on him doing the pundit job. He angrily agrees.

Jamie asks Ted if there is any chance of him coming back to Richmond, but he doesn´t think is a good idea. Jamie understands, but a picture of him and Ted is now on Twitter and is seen by some players at Richmond. Sam (Toheeb Jimoh) takes it the hardest, which makes Ted call on him but he storms off the field. Sam says he saw the picture of him and Jamie and can´t believe he´s coming back. Ted says that´s not the case and Sam feels like a fool for acting out.

Roy is getting ready to go on live tv which he absolutely kills and actually ends up liking very much. Ted is having second thoughts about letting Jamie back, but then has a brief chat with Dr. Sharon which makes him decide to do it. The next day we see Jamie entering the field to train.
